GM will never flip. And even if GM did flip and Rahm gets fucked, irreparable damage, in the form of the DOJ report, ACLU involvement in CPD matters, and a more than likely consent degree signed, has already been done to the city, the department, the cops and the citizens.

Being a politician gave Rahm access and control to billions of Shortshanks deals, deals that made billions for the bankers and venture capitalists. Commissions and interest pour into these insiders to the tune of millions a day.
If Chicago could invest in Rahm's Chicago insider deals, we'd be the richest city in the world.
