The brass is starting to attend this class finally:
- Hey SCC,The Superintendent, Robin Robinson, and several other high ranking members of the CPD are at the academy today for the 8 hour PJ class.
They've
been preaching it for so long without actually attending the class? You
think they would have been the first in line since they're the
"leaders."
- The shitter of it is that police hater Jamal Green is also in attendance today. Sad when a man who has battered police officers on more than one occasion is now sitting in a class with officers.
Word is
he complained to Special Ed the whole time about the numerous felonies
he's been battling in the courts. If he wouldn't attack the police, there would be less felonies to face.

Maybe he should first take care of his pending criminal case, then take classes on how to be a better father, son, brother and just a better human being in general. This can't be true. Anyone confirm? There's no way this kid who attacked the police and got arrested for it is hanging out with our supt sitting in one of our classes in the academy. The same kid who has made statements wishing the police harm? I know the supt is really no fan of police officers but that would be a stretch to sit with him at the academy.
Anyone who was in the class with either of these people please share your experience with us. I would like to know if they brought anything to the discussion, what questions they asked, what was their demeanor, etc. Thanks

Several officers expressed their displeasure of not being told of whom would be attending. One officer even called his watch commander to get out of the class and work a beat car. I don't know the result of that conversation, but, I felt bad for all the officer's in that group. At least the FTO training is ran like a well oiled machine. We are so ready to teach recruits!!
The only part of any police facility Jamal Green should be visiting or allowed inside is a jail cell. This department never lets you down when it comes to how low it can sink. Next thing you know Jamal will be one of the instructors for the class.

Jamal Green is a perfect example of whats wrong with this Department. Why are we kissing his ass and playing his games. He's nobody He's the reason why after police involved shootings that the officer is stripped and placed on administrative duty at 35th. Eddie says its to protect the officer thats bullshit its to make people like Jamal Green and the rest of the Revs happy. Having a personal connection like our Superintend's cell number to give his impute when he wants is disgusting and a slap in the face to all the officers that he has battered and not to mention the mob style behavior when he protest against the CPD.
Robyn Robinson is another problem with our department. When she first got on board. I was happy about it thinking she would make a difference in community policing. Boy was I wrong she is only for the Black community and not the Chicago community which is why I thought she was hired. So only 32% of the people of Chicago are represented and taken care of in this city and the rest of the population is on there own.
Just answer your calls and back each other up. You are on your own out there so please be careful what you do and say. No extra shit.

Would Green being in class with all the exempts and having constant contact with special Ed be in violation of the general order that was used to fire Matt Rodriguez, fraternizing with criminals? I can see Johnson attending some of these meetings of anti-police groups, he needs to communicate with them. He did so at the U of C last night. But, to bring in an agitator into the academy and in a class with other officers is beyond the pale. A confirmation by someone who actually saw this, please.
