It's because the most useless fire engineer in the history of the dept has sued the city because she doesn't get her own private bunkroom and bathroom at every firehouse she goes too. An entire generation of female firefighters and paramedics on the job have survived shared quarters with little to no problem. But he/she is different. And a professional pot stirrer.

I can not make out the 1st word, it is G ? D ? followed by neutral.
Since they spelled the 1st word incorrectly they will have to redo them all.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who does stupid stuff like this.
According to my research, it reads like this : G 5 D ] NEUTRAL
Further research would indicate that the last character coding -what I'm saying is the close bracket- is a contraction for 'er' and the 5 is a contraction for 'en'
So I guess the braille is correct....
