001 Lot Parking Permits.
So obviously the parking lot in 001 is being abused and utilized as a long term storage lot. I have seen cars that have not been moved in months, and the dirt on these cars may be permanent. Now lets talk about the 1980's Recreational Vehicle that has been in the same spot for the last 5 years.
The lot is being abused by a few abusers and this prevents the rest of us from finding a spot to park.

the law uses the word surreptitious to describe eavesdropping. it is hardly surreptitious if the video camera is out in the open and it is well known police have them just as it is not surreptitious to video police with a cell phone or camera.
