Rahm Ain't Afraid!

  • Mayoral challengers Willie Wilson, Garry McCarthy and Paul Vallas have forged a mutual nonaggression pact. They’ve agreed to lay off each other, attack Rahm Emanuel and unite behind whoever forces the mayor into a runoff.

If Emanuel is feeling ganged up on, he’s not about to say. He’s too busy executing his Rose Garden strategy of ignoring his opponents to avoid putting them on equal footing with the two-term incumbent mayor of Chicago.
Of course, if he wasn't really afraid, he wouldn't be paying everyone and their illegitimate children to run in the open election.

It doesn't matter his feelings. We just want him to flee another he fails to get the majority of the vote :)

Rahm don't care how you go away, just so you go!

Such a man who lives in a glass secure building
while using a decoy neighborhood house to
engender the common folk, surely his deeds
shall be exposed and hang his head in disgrace.

Here's the interesting thing about this apparent overkill strategy:

1. The presumption here is that a typical, less than 40%, turnout of all registered voters will occur.

2. If greater than the typical less than 40% turnout, no more than a bit less than an atypical 50% turnout could possibly occur.

3. Thus, the abundance of candidates is predicated upon the presumption of less than 50% of registered voters will vote.

4. This presumption is also a presuming that the other 50% + registered voters will reliably NOT vote.

5. Now, since the incumbent cabal candidate is confident that a certain number of votes will be cast for it, the percentage of registered voters actually voting is of enough significance to both suppress in certain areas and induce in certain other areas. This is the obvious purpose of the enticing of specifically targeted "types" of candidates, thus, scattering any and all voters not sufficiently induced to vote for the incumbent cabal creature.

6. The confidence in that expected to not vote 50% + of registered voters is based upon historical experience. This basis is what the demented clinton relied upon to succeed in becoming the first, female piece of shit to be elected President. Need it be pointed out the unexpected result of that expectation?

7. So what, some may ejaculate.

8. Well, that remains to be seen. Since this particular election may be so atypical that, contrary to historical experience, an appearence of a significant number of those both registered to vote and accustomed to not voting, were they to see the opening, opportunity, unobstructed target developing right before their very eyes, why, the unexpected might actually occur once more, here, within the most unexpected of regions imaginable. That would be quite the shock, now, wouldn't it?

Especially if, or when, it is, upon performing the election autopsy, determined to have been the result of relying upon the past experience of a less than 50% turnout of all registered voters. The Conan the Barbarian effect would be deeeeeeliscious.....

Rahm is not running. 1000% NOT RUNNING. He will control the spot until it’s too late and pass the baton to whom he wants. Again, RAHM WILL NOT BE RUNNING FOR MAYOR AGAIN. Even more freighrenting to think he will bless Gutierrez with the baton. No pun intended.

This will force 9.5 into a runoff. That’s the goal.

Come April of next year, after the runoff, Rahm will begin his 3rd term.
Between now and then everyone can enjoy “commenting.”

Hey, doesn't the mayor get an 85% pension after two terms like an Alderman?

See no evil.
Hear no evil.
Speak no evil.

Rahm has ordered the sunshine only spotlights on him.
Notice how he’s glowing, the pep in the step, the accentuated positive news.
Nobody is badgering him whatsoever.
Nobody is following those “what’s-his-name again?” around.
Crime is down, tourism is up, folks are behaving and rewarded, awarded and memorialized.
The calm before the storm.

Everything’s Sunny in Sanctuary City.

Sure ya do.

Ya want it, ya gotta earn it.

Total names & addresses on Registered Voter List = 100%

There will be no subtractions from that 100% between now and then: yes or no?

There may be additions, up to a specified date, to increase the quantity/number that 100% represents: yes or no?

Thus, will 100% of those named registered actually vote?

Historically, not fucking ever.

So, what quantity, aka number, of names registered will actually vote?

As a percentage, historically, somewhere between less than 30% and not more than 50%, max.

Since reassessment of actually living, residing and, thus, possibly voting names registered is never actually performed, (aka purging of invalidated named), the remaining percentage, 50%, of named registered is not knowable, as an actual quantity, aka, number. It is, however, not likely to be zero. Or anywhere near zero.

So what, some may ejaculate.

That, my tingling commenter, is the question.
