- I heard from a reliable source that the Sup is really mad at SCC and is mad at all the posts making him look bad. He is just trying to do what’s good for everyone. He said all the changes he implanted is for our own good and we should be happy. When he joined the protest on the expressway was to show the community he understands them. He wants to start having new recruits do some community service so they can get more involved with the community they serve and learn the joy of helping others. He believes the problem with the department is older officers are resisting to changes that the city needs to foster positive relationships with partnering with the community. He also wants to revisit the use of force policy. He thinks it should be scaled back more. Also he wants uniforms to blend in more with the community. Not having the community feel like they have been taken over by an occupied force. He said he wants to get all this done before February.
Special Ed is looking bad because he's a moron, a puppet, and attempting to straddle a fence that should not be straddled. Stop calling the families of dead assailants and start releasing statement of support for the police. Maybe point out that the "community" has certain responsibilities, too.

Police officers are not social service employees, nor are officers streets and sanitation workers. I’ve seen images of officers raking and cleaning alleys in uniform. This is getting out of control. Uphold the laws of the State of Illinois and the city of Chicago. This CAPS shit is out of hand.
Occupying force? The cops are barely hanging on. The Police are going to wear and display items needed to police an area with a higher body count than Afghanistan. Hell they need more military items. Serving and protecting is much different than forced community service. The latter is reserved for people who have broken minor laws and are paying restitution to their own communities. Forcing recruits to go into communities and perform manual labor or service tasks outside our duties is wrong and puts them in unnecessary danger.

I live in 016. Officers blend in great with the community. See them in restaurants, park checks, Starbucks and on the street. He has to realize it’s not a one way street. Retire already because you have obviously given up on your police and are making things worse. Please kindly realize that you do not have the support of your officers. You will be blinded by those who say they support you just sidetracked by loyalty that is mistaken for fear and opportunity. Granted you've experienced that in your own home and turn the cheek to think your wife actually loves you and isn't using you to advance her career. You Sir, are a forearm being used on a doll. In other words, a puppet. You will not have your position much longer and the rest of us will be better off without you. You have disgraced the uniform, the oath, the people who you represent and most of all, the citizens you swore to "protect and serve." Not sure of the incident, but I worked with her in 17, many years ago. I'm not sure of who YOU are, but I'll take her any day over someone who's never chased a car, answered a domestic, or stepped out of their car onto a road with traffic flying by to help someone. So the answer is, I stand upright working with her.

How about we stop telling recruits to “be the change”! In the 29 weeks of sleeping through class while also “learning control tactics, firearms training, DESCALTION, and the LAW. They still don’t have a fucking clue how to implement it. During Pre service Sgt training an FTO who has been pretty much a career FTO assigned to the academy had the nerve to say that the recruits graduating the academy “are so well trained that they could take the Sgts test right now and score in the top 10 percent”. That’s fucking funny coming from a 20 year vet who spent around 15 of those years in the academy and couldn’t score high enough to make Sgt on at least 3 Sgts exams. So apparently she who is a career failure to make Sgt has trained the recruits so well that they will all be Sgts. Gimme a fuckin break! So ppo’s Who have never been to court on a major felony trial are highly trained enough to lead the department. So apparently the Chicago Police Department who has been around for a couple hundred years has had it all wrong and the new recruits are going to make it all better.

This entire command staff is an embarrassment!!! Promotions keep coming for the undeserving. Commanders, captains, Lt and Sgt that have been recently promoted or even worse have become immediately placed in a power spot. I’m so tired of all these white shirts with dirty laundry getting better sports. Commanders with domestics and dui, captain s who have harassed officers, slashed tires threatened them become an inspector so she can abuse her authority again. If we were charged we would be stripped for the rest of our career but not for certain special people

I heard the Ultimate Tactical Warrior wound up having affairs simultaneously with Missy the 001st District Parking Ticket Guru and Tactical Barbie! They were both left wanting when they saw him driving off duty with his ballcap backwards in his over-priced suped up Jeep.
