I remember Foxx claiming that the reason she was not enforcing laws prohibiting driving without a license or driving on a suspended license or retail theft was budget constraints - that she simply did not have the resources or the budget to hire all the ASAs that would be needed to prosecute those crimes.
Now she is saying she will be tasking her ASAs with the huge job of digging up all the old files involving marijuana possession and/or marijuana delivery, with the intention of motioning all those case into court to have them expunged or sealed.

Plus, a new contract will most likely be very different in content than the "current", extended contract. Be careful of what you wish. You just might get it. How much more evidence do we need to see? The bottom line is simple. We no longer have a police mission. Why is this so difficult to comprehend? It's as if the helicopters are evacuating the embassy in Hanoi and some US troops want to go on patrol in the jungle. The mission is over. He was talking about the other embassy in Hanoi. The NVR were being evacuated by helicopters being piloted by Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders. Unless HEY JACKASS counts murders by CPD district rather than community areas, why don't they at least include a murder tally by district. The huge Austin community area goes all the way to the railroad tracks behind the 25th District station rather than the actual north boundary of 015 at Division St.

I remember Foxx claiming that the reason she was not enforcing laws prohibiting driving without a license or driving on a suspended license or retail theft was budget constraints - that she simply did not have the resources or the budget to hire all the ASAs that would be needed to prosecute those crimes.
Now she is saying she will be tasking her ASAs with the huge job of digging up all the old files involving marijuana possession and/or marijuana delivery, with the intention of motioning all those case into court to have them expunged or sealed.
So now she apparently has an abundance of resources and ASAs, How many hours, ASAs and dollars will this latest crazy idea of hers consume? Meanwhile people with suspended drivers licenses, and people who never bothered getting a license (whom by definition are unsafe drivers and driving without valid insurance) and thieves are still roaming the streets of Cook County without fear of consequences.
How come no one is calling Foxx out on this? John Kass? Any other investigative reporter within a 500 mile radios of Cook County?

So here's the issue:
They reduced the amount of prison beds, they won't build additional beds;
they increased the ankle bracelet system; yet they won't hire new peeps to monitor them;
she's looking to curb kick pot offenders to free up bed space; and
SJW crying too many black brown in prison (plus they're all family and she's using machine politics methods.
Meanwhile, they're spreading the fun to every neighborhood in the usa because everyone should be equally afraid.
Foxx FOIA response:
(1) withholds documents responsive to the subject matter areas listed in the request;
(2) shows that Foxx lied about recusing herself, since she still was directing the handling of the Smollett case; and
(3) shows that Foxx lied to her own subordinates, about CPD being onboard with her decision to drop charges.

How can she not have the "resources " to prosecute driving while suspended? Its not exactly a hard case to win. I would dare to say you can probably get by without prepping the officer, assuming the jackals actually wants a trial.
