Fred Said What?

  • The Chicago Police Department has confirmed that the son of a CPD sergeant was among those killed over a violent 4th of July weekend in the city. Empty boxes of fireworks and sparklers litter the corner of 62nd and Carpenter streets in the Englewood neighborhood.

Just days ago, terror unfolded here as people and children ducked a hail of bullets when four people walked up and started shooting into a crowd gathered for the holiday. Eight people were struck and four were killed, including a 14-year-old boy.

Tuesday morning, Chicago police revealed that the son of a police sergeant was among the dead.
Condolences to the family of the Sergeant.

And then Fred Waller did something completely out of character - he made sense:
  • CPD shining a light on electronic monitoring program which they say isn't working as they see offenders released with little to no consequences.

"We have a system in which the judges and the public defenders," Waller said. "They haven't thought this through that the sheriff. Can't monitor all the people that they put on a monitor, and that's a problem."
This appears to be some sort of concerted effort by Groot and Groot's people to say what we have been saying since before Prickwrinkle lost the election - not keeping the shooters in jail and under high bond will only lead to massive numbers of people shot and/or killed.

It’s just not electronic monitoring!! Don’t forget to include that fat ass Governor and his USELESS parole board... how many of the violent offenders are on parole having just been released in parole after serving 4 years on a 12 year sentence!!!! Who is left to deal with them the police that’s who!!! U have a parole agent monitoring 1000 or more parolees how much monitoring do you think is happening?

Add that to Chief Judge Evans and his bullshit algorithm on how he decides who gets the $500 bond or the $50,000 bond.

The Tribune said Darts budget went up 25% inflation adjusted since he took office despite jail pop cut in half. He bragged about cutting 800+ officers positions despite a 630 million budget. Imagine if utilized resources properly instead of paying out foolish lawsuits while hiring hundreds of unsworn political hacks. He may be able to monitor the EM criminals. The commissioners who are now for gutting Sheriff budget act as if it's recent news Dart is a moron who cant manage covid or a budget. Every night the Sheriff has a handful of murderers on EM roaming streets and it took 14 years for anyone to notice.

Tommy Toupee Fart in 2014 interview pressuring Judges to release more inmates on EM. Now he's a revisionist historian when he was advocating closing entire sections of jail.

Two years ago, Cook County's top officials sat side-by-side for an interview on Channel 11 WTTW's weeknight program, "Chicago Tonight." It was a grab-the-popcorn moment.

Cook County Circuit Court Chief Judge Timothy Evans, County Board President Toni Preckwinkle and Sheriff Tom Dart clashed repeatedly over who was responsible for overcrowding at Cook County Jail. Dart blamed judges. Evans blamed Dart. Preckwinkle sat uncomfortably between them like Sweden, occasionally interjecting with advice for both of them.

Sadly, the criminals are safer in jail or in prison than they are in the streets.
How many die from violence in prison each year?
5?, 10?, 20?
A hell of a lot fewer than are killed on the streets of Chicago in one month!

Their Neighbors and the whole damned Neighborhood would be safer if they were locked up too.
The Taxpayers and the Police would be safer too.

Looks like the only thing that might save this monstrous bitch is the kids going back to school in late August. So look for her to avoid a second Covid-19 lockdown to ensure the kids end up in school. She’ll have to take a little beating every weekend until then because of the shootings but August is almost here. And if the shootings slow down, the politicians and the media will act like the carnage never happened.

The blood is on the judges hand, followed by Dart and the person in charge of EM, Carmen Ruffin. Ever send an email to monitoring and get a response from this cunt? Jesus who’s side is she on. She’s an egomaniac, and from what I hear from sheriffs who I run into otj, she’s another incompetent state hack who’s trying to impress her handlers rather than enforcing the law.

Dart is supposed to run EM with enough EM investigators and patrol officers to respond to any “alarms” that come up at the EM central control board. Back when EM had 300-400 “participants” we had 20 investigators assigned to cover all 3 watches. Now there are over 3,100 on EM and we have even less investigators and zero EM patrol officers assigned. Rather than dispatch a unit for an alarm, they decided it was cheaper to have the civilian at the desk call the participant on the phone, only to be told FU or no answer. Still we don’t get dispatched.

If run correctly, there would be about 300 more EM investigators and we would be responding to all alarms, doing spot checks, doing employment and school checks, and serving warrants on those who aren’t complying.

Yes, we actually need a warrant to re-arrest someone who goes AWOL. It’s not an automatic reincarnation. They don’t want us to have that much control over “participants” lives. It’s not like parole.

Dart will never add more of us. We’re constantly being told them are going to send us back to the jail or courts because they need help.

It’s bullshit.
Fried Walnut is repeating, blaming an inanimate object too and not the County policy.

Noticed that both Hashed Brown and now Walnuts are singling out only the Sherifs electronic monitoring program.
I guess they were only permitted to say it’s all on Tom Dart (one of the last elected of his kind in CookCo) and NOT KimmJongFxxx, Prickwrinkle and Teabag Clipped Evans.

Nice going, well played. Hashed brown and Walnuts deflected Larri’s incompetence of micromanaging the CPD, they pointed to Dart.
Not-Too-Bright Larri is looking for an in with CookCo voter base but doesn’t have a clue or foresight into who she’s dealing with.
The goal is to oust Dart, who took the bait and now is on line of PrickWrinkles master plan, with dopey Larri still getting the bulk if not all the heat.

who controls the judges in cook county? If you said the Democratics you are correct. I actually blame the Republican Party for some of our troubles. I wish that some billionaire would put big money into building up the Republican Party in Illinois, Cook County, and Chicago. The problem with the Republican Party in Illinois they are all Rino's. In Illinois we are caught between a rock and a hard place. Please don't tell me that former governor Bruce Rauner was a republican. He was the classic Rino.

Want to stop the shootings? Turn ex-felons caught with firearms over to the fed, happens all the time in Indiana then they get sentenced to a federal prison and have to serve 85% of sentence. This fool got 70 months, he may or maynot think twice before he picks up another gun, but for sure he will be gone for at least 5 years.

In ADDITION,
Special penalties for police officers killing a BLACK person.
Can you believe it?

We have three cars insured with State Farm and pay monthly (auto-pay from our checking account). Our July payment was approximately 65% lower. I'm not certain how it works if you pay by check quarterly or bi-annually but State Farm is giving money back.

I doubt a republican could unfuck the mess the democrats have built. I think it has to crash and burn first and it hasn’t happened. There will be bloodshed at some point. Tax paying citizens need to get off their asses and organize and stop depending on others to make a change.

Fart used his buddy, Phil Rogers, to "spotlight" his electronic monitoring by having his house arrest director's hand picked, personal friend, take the cameras out in the street in a highly staged feature on Ch 5.

It's nice to see Rogers stick with Fart even though he forced out Roger's best pal (Judge) Cara Smith.

Some things never change.
