Retrial Up
In front of one of the worst judges currently on the bench:
- We just received word that the re-trial for Jackie Wilson (one of the animals who murdered Chicago Police Officers Fahey and O'Brien) is set to begin tomorrow (09-22-2020) and will probably conclude on Friday. This is a consequence of the Torture Commission. So now the Faheys will be forced yet again to relive the day in February, 1982 when Wilson and his brother Andrew killed the officers. The trial is in front of Judge Hooks, who has made it abundantly clear that he is no fan of the police. (See earlier posts.) Please keep the Faheys and O'Briens in your thoughts and prayers this week.

100% guilty and 38 years later they get the chance to be free because of the bleeding heart assholes that are in charge of “justice” in this rapidly declining country. Take these 2 and multiply them by tens of THOUSANDS that are able to beat, rob, rape, murder, and destroy other people’s lives with nary a consequence and in some cases, a handsome payout from taxpayers, and as far as l’m concerned, the civil war can’t come fast enough.

An absolute travesty of justice. I sat through the entire testimony and it was not possible to assign any credibility to Wilson's testimony, regardless of your political views on the police. Hooks is a fraud.
Let’s hope this goes well so this is the last time the families have to relive this. Fingers crossed because judge hooks is a real piece of shit. I had a few contacts with him prior to being the police and he’s been this way as long as I’ve had to deal with him in the court room. Always got a long with other judges, but this fucking guy treats everyone like dirt.
If this is a bench trial he will be found not guilty. Hooks will preside over a travesty of justice. He is one of the worst judges ever.

I Worked with both officers in Area 1 SOG . They weren't regular partners but were working together on this day . After going to a funeral that morning they pulled over the two KILLERS and while searching the KILLERS vehicle the KILLERS grabbed the officers gun from his holster and shot and killed both officers... If he Lets these Mother Fuckers out for the murder of these two great LEOS. WE WILL FIND THESE KILLERS !
I had Hooks once, he was fair but I also don't work for CPD. Here's to hope he does his job.

However, even IF ( and this is a huge IF) any Confession or Admission against Interest was obtained through duress or coercion and is thus inadmissible as evidence, is there not other OVERWHELMING evidence of Guilt in the form of Physical Evidence and Witnesses and, possibly, CCSO Jail informants? Just because a Confession is thrown out, does NOT mean the Case cannot be tried or that, if Case is tried, the Defendent is Not Guilty

Rich Obrien was a close personal friend, I think of him all the time and the great times we had. Rich was one tough cop and a great person. I certainly hope that judge doesn't cut that animal any slack he doesn't deserve one inch!!!

They were coming from the funeral of Officer Doyle who was gunned down 6 days earlier. A recruit still in his training. Later that year, Officer Martin Darcy was shot and killed chasing an armed robbery offender in 022. 1982 was a bad year.

Although I completely agree with this argument, and I always vote no on judicial retention, the reality is, if there is not a "NO" vote, it counts as a yes vote. They tally the entire votes cast in the county and then subtract the "No" votes. If people just ignore the judicial retention part of the ballot (which most do), it counts as a yes to retain. This has to be publicized more.

The best witness (an eyewitness) in the case who watched the entire murder from her front window was in her 60's at the time. I don't know for sure, but I assume that she is deceased now. Kim Foxx will use that as an excuse to tank the case. I was on the scene that day.

He harassed a female Judge and was sent to Judge Jail. Upon his return, he was not allowed to ride in the Judges elevator, nor was he allowed o go into the Judge's lunch room.
Why on earth would his Presiding Judge assign him to such a sensitive case? One would think that it should have been assigned to a no nonsense Judge. He is self-centered and arrogant, He talks forever just to hear himself speak. He also does it because he truly believes that he is smarter that everyone else. He's condescending towards all of the Attorneys and constantly interrupts and interjects his own opinion into how they present their cases.
He is is own worse enemy. Now he is OUR worse enemy. He is a joke and needs to be removed from the bench.
