CWB Strikes Again

CWB still leading the way on reporting crime the big stations won't touch because it's politically touchy:

  • A Venezuelan migrant has been charged with shoplifting from three different stores on the Magnificent Mile in a single day. He has been arrested in Chicago two other times since August under different names.

Police arrested Gregorio Yorman Adrianza-Romero, 25, on Friday after employees accused him of shoplifting from Ralph Lauren, 750 North Michigan, Victoria’s Secret, 734 North Michigan, and Saks Fifth Avenue, 700 North Michigan, according to complaints filed with the court.

And? AND....?

  • Judge Charles Beach released him on Saturday afternoon.

Of course he did.

The linked article also reports on at least four other illegals, some listing police station addresses as their home, doing the crimes that Americans can't be bothered to do any more.

We heard that BJ's budget only has $150 million set aside for illegals next year, so either:

  • BJ knows something is going to happen with the illegals, or
  • BJ is lying through his teeth and his entire budget is nothing but bullshit fantasy numbers.

We could believe either of those scenarios. Unless he's counting on the cold weather to drive down the numbers.

Even if retail stores adopt the "Service Merchandise" business model, or if consumers have their orders delivered to pick-up lockers, etc, criminals will still have the option to rob the delivery vehicles...

These migrants don't understand.

They are browns, not blacks.

No reparations are due to them.

Thus, arrest is gonna happen.

Still, they get the free get out of jail card.

Only whites and yellows don't.

Back in the day Beach was a scheister DUI attorney. His specialty was taking his fee from mostly illegals and pleading them out
on the DUI. He drove a 100k lambroghini. I can't say he wasn't a nice guy, but he was a scheister.

They are not refugees that are going to leave. They are emigrants that will take over. 80% of them will be here next year.

BJ is hoping for a Federal Bailout, because 2024 is an election year. They don't realize most of the nation doesn't want to give your Big Blue Sanctuary City shithole one f*cking dime. Lots more buses full of migrants? Yes. Money? Not a dime.

I am trying to understand the pretrial detention rules under the SAFTEY ACT. What I am thinking (I could be wrong) is that it is theoretically possible to detain a shoplifter at county, if the prosecutor can show the shoplifter is a danger to a specific, identifiable person – which, appears to me to be impossible in anything other than a domestic violence situation. There is some language about being a ‘threat to any person or the community” but I really do not understand all of this.

SAFE-T Act imposes multiple layers of standards for pretrial detention contained in 3 separate subsections – makes it complicated to determine if a crime is eligible for pretrial detention. Prosecutor must prove defendant is dangerous to a specific, identifiable person to deny pretrial release.(Is this true for forcible felonies for which prison in mandated? The specific, identifiable person requirement?) (New Jersey is the only other state with a law similar, eliminating cash bail statewide, and it does not impose these stringent layers of standards on prosecutors.)

The Safety Act has 6 ‘detainable offenses.’ Or, more accurately, 6 detainable offense categories.

1. Forcible felony (but sentence must mandate imprisonment without probation) + requirement for “specific, real and present threat to any person or the community.” (specific person requirement not defined in case law yet).
2. STALKING
3. DOMESTIC VICTIM
4. DOMESTIC BATTERY
5. SEX OFFENSE
6. Charged with “any of these violations under the Criminal Code of 2012” + “real and present threat to the physical safety of any specifically identifiable person or persons” (not sure if this could theoretically include misdemeanors).

Cook Co. Prickwrinkle is contributing $100 million of taxpayer money for the migrants.

So at $40 million/month currently being spent that is 2.5 months, than what?

At first I was horrified at what was going on. Then it dawned on me this is what the democrats wanted. All of it. So I say give them what they wanted. Pack-up our friends from afar and bring them downtown to do their Christmas shopping (used loosely) early. Thousands of them. Maybe Crimesha can show her support by greeting them with personalized get out of jail free cards as they arrive on Michigan Ave. Maybe even Cupich’s merry band of pedophiles can bless them as they get off the bus.
Happy holidays.

Mayor Boo-Boo went to Washington to ensure the fix is in. There is absolutely more to it, just look at the pics with Mayor Conehead and the players are glad-handing and skinnin and grinnin in Washington when he went.

It'll all come out very soon. It's no coincidence these illegals started flying here at this time then being bussed to our cities.

The democratic marxist regime in springfield got their way with using the SAFE-T Act to create the chaos, mayhem and fear that it needs in order to control the population and businesses. As more and more businesses leave the Miserable Mile, all those big spenders will get tired of looking at boarded up stores and being relieved of their wallets, cell phones and nice cars or even their lives, by Dude, Inc.

BJ has the lowest approval numbers in his first six months than previous mayors. It's even lower than Larry, and that is saying a lot. Corruption, bribery, maleficence, the sanctuary city scam, media pimps and the political whore masters in springfield/crook county and our very own "murder city" continue to fill their coffers with stolen taxpayer money. Don't look in the rear-view mirror, because if you do, you will cry when you realize what you have lost.

Need more stores to 'detain' the thieves vis a vis the way the car thief was 'detained' the other day...

Start tuning them all up. Duct tape them to a bollard out front of the place all gift wrapped for the coppers. A sign around their neck: "I shoplifted from XYZ" will be an added deterrent against any clownin and funnin...

Funny, I was just thinking about this too as the hot topic at my sisters law firm is about the impending lawsuits against the arresting officers after the hundred-plus arrests of protesters in 001 this week. None of the protesters were charged with anything detainable, yet they were all long formed instead of receiving a pre trial notice and sent on their way. I strongly suggest anyone given an unlawful order by a stupidvisor to lock someone up when they clearly qualify for the SAFETY ACT release document this illegal order by putting it on the air and obtaining an event number. Remember… It’s going to be YOU listing your assets when the lawsuits for unlawful arrest, civil rights violations etc. start coming down the pike.

This has to do with whether the judge can detain them at county.

I think you are talking about something else.
