Here's a good one:
- Heard the FEDS were at HQ not too long ago. Word is that somewhere in the neighborhood of 8-10 high ranking exempts (Chiefs included) are in hot water.
Would this be more PPP fraud? Or the other fraud from a few years back involving property and shady mortgages?
Here's another one:
- SCC, who was the boss that went to the new academy in plain clothes and walked past officers without any identification. Officers tried to question him and he he said he didn’t need to show the officers anything. Rumor is there was a CR pulled.
Did no one learn anything from the incident a few promotional classes back where what's-her-name ordered a recruit to open the secured back doors on the Adams side of the Academy opened to let her in when she was running late to class?
There was a CR number on that one, too, but we think it was touch-and-go on the recruit who opened the door.

I remember her I believe she was a bartender on 39th and western years ago. She was OK to work with though at Fort city show working security. She had a meteoric rise on the Chicago Police Department not because she had anything going on in her head maybe some other thing I can’t put my finger on it. She also had an incident at her condo that was pretty major, but it was swept under the rug but then again when you are that high up on the wrong you can do whatever you want.

The first rumor sounds like b.s. Back a month or two ago there was a post about inspectors dinging officers for all sorts of sh*t and that was a complete fabrication as well. Common, let's vet these rumors a little bit before posting them here. If you want the truth, things are actually pretty dry around HQ. The usual stuff as far as incompetent command staff and supt, but nothing juicy to talk about. It's sort of a captain less ship with everyone just trying to get by each day. Not to worry, the Lieutenant landed on her feet, only to deny assistance to a M/1 Sergeant in the D Unit.

Maybe he was able to just flat out retire because he doesn't have to buy a new "cool kid" car every 5yrs. Maybe he didn't cheat on his wife causing her to divorce him and take half his pension. Maybe he doesn't live outside of his means causing him to have to work 60hrs a week to make ends meet. Who knows, maybe he even invested his money so that he could live comfortably yet reasonably in retirement. Who know? Either way, you sound like the kind of guy he was happy to leave behind.

If this is true then he’s a disgrace! He was the first deputy superintendent probably making well North of $200,000 a year with a very nice company car and free gas. He was never out of work. Why the heck would he need a fake PPP loan? Unbelievable

Well I know you didn’t expect her to run a watch, run a Tact Office, approve TRR’s or respond to serious incidents. She was only a police officer five years ago. She made merit Detective in 2017, then two weeks later she made merit sergeant and now she’s a merit couch potato lieutenant. She hasn’t completed 4 years in either grade. She can’t find a good hiding place on the job, because the other do nothing merit lieutenants beat her to them. Besides, her clout is gone.

speaking of dana starks his pos wife who is now cmdr of area 3 was a merit sgt then on medical for years comes off medical to make Lt and goes to 3 for a month or so till she can return to area 2 and back on medical but had to come off to make cmdr / you suck, come on karma - the sponsors of these merit hacks you have to explain why they are nominating do people with hundreds of days on the medical
