Is This Panic Porn?

Regular visitors know we supported Vallas in the last election. We weren't shy about it, knowing what we did about Conehead's true masters. But how much of this social media post is reality and how much is making mountains out of molehills?

First up, there's no way Conehead could get a cut that massive through even the "progressive" caucus.

Secondly, before a single cop gets laid off, every civilian has to be removed....and then those jobs have to be filled by....police officers, so already short watches and Districts would be even shorter, crime would run rampant, and we'd finally get to see the vigilante squads we've been hoping for.

From what I understand he’s not ‘elimitaing’ the positions, he’s just not filling them. So if a PO retired somewhere, it’s not getting filled, and hence eliminated.

We can’t have any disruptions in the “community” needing the system to fix every problem they have now can we?

Mayor CTU and Deputy Mayor Jen Johnson (now on LOA from this job too) have a serious conflict of interest as both are on leave from their CPS & CPS employment

When a CPS employee moves over to CTU, they are "on leave" from CPS while at CTU. Brandon Johnson & Jen Johnson never quit the CTU so they are still on leave from CPS.

Both are still collecting pension credit from while "on leave" from CPS with the CTU paying each of their full 9% pension contributions. This while both of them are involved in the teacher contract negotiations with the CTU.

Everything Vallas said is true with a caveat. Although the Mayor stated all of those police jobs will be cut, he has ZERO intention of doing so, it would never fly. The only reason for saying it is because his handlers know just hearing that huge number will scare citizens and the idiotic alderman to support the tax increase as the lessor of two evils. It's called POLITICS. The other things Vallas mentioned are absolutely accurate. There will be another huge TIF surplus announced with hundreds of millions given to CPS which is a yearly occurrence on top of CPS raising their property tax levy to the max as they do every year. If you think about it, in a year in which the city is in almost a billion dollar hole, CPS will still get at least an extra 300-400million without having to cut a damn thing. Makes sense right?

Just so you guys are aware, via all labor agreements in place. Every single city employee must be laid off before a single Chicago Police Officer is laid off. Johnson knows this and so does Vallas. Chicago Teachers will have to be laid off before layoffs occur with police and fire.

Brandon Johnson is by far the worst mayor in the history Chicago. You really could not get a worse person for this job. He’s not only a mental , he’s also stupid and incompetent. His picks for city positions are never vetted and they turn out to embarrass him, but in true ghetto fashion he cannot be embarrassed, because he’s shameless and if you’ve worked in a ghetto district you know exactly what I’m talking about.

How many ppl will be driving into those when it's covered in water and snow? How does the city plow get the blade down? How much did that project cost? Does anyone here know that Griffin $ billionaire that funds Conservative causes?

Does anyone know the Chicago raised playwright David Mamet that recently wrote a “ Chicago is going down in crime “ editorial in the Tribune?

These useful idiots are protected by the mainstream media who spread the propaganda. So, they sell their souls to the controllers for more money than they could ever earn. Then the public (including you all) blame the idiots standing on the podiums. They are the Middle Finger to the citizens by the puppet masters. Welcome to the game.

UPDATE: PPP Loan Fraud by CPS employees (13/18 confirmed as being Black)

Only 100 CPS employees were looked into, 26 were investigated, and 18 found to have committed PPP Loan fraud = A LOF OF CPS CROOKS ESCAPED PUNISHMENT

Here's excerpt from the Antonio Ross' Dismissal Proceedings:

CPS Position: Principal of Hyde Park HS, $173,777 (SALARY) + $48,846 (BENEFITS) = $222,623 - Loan Fraud Amount = $20,832

CPS HIRE DATE: 08/29/2002

The record shows that in 2021, CPS’ Office of Inspector General (“OIG”) began to investigate various cases of alleged fraud involving charter schools, vendors, and then CPS employees relating to the pandemic-era relief program known as the Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”), which was established to provide forgivable loans to help small businesses keep workers employed during the pandemic. Because of reports of possible widespread fraud involving this program and pointing to the reputational harm to CPS that would result from pandemic relief fraud by CPS employees, OIG initiated an investigation into CPS employees that began with an analysis of data from the Small Business Administration and CPS’ internal personnel data to identify CPS employees who appeared to have received PPP loans.

The evidence indicates that this initial analysis resulted in a list of about 700 CPS employees who may have received PPP loans. Because OIG did not have the resources necessary to investigate so many employees, OIG narrowed this list by eliminating part-time and hourly employees, as well as seasonal employees. The OIG therefore focused on full-time, full-year employees working in positions of higher managerial authority and financial involvement. OIG further narrowed the list to include only those employees making $100,000.00 or more per year, which left about 100 people on the list.

The record demonstrates that OIG proceeded to seek information from the Ethics Department to determine which of these 100 employees had an approved secondary employment form on file. OIG also reviewed each of these employees’ Statement of Business and Financial Interests (SBFI) documents, which required annual disclosures of any sources of income outside of employees’ CPS salaries. OIG further searched online for any businesses related to employees’ PPP Loan applications.

After reviewing this information, OIG further reduced the list of employees, and it then began to conduct individual investigations of the twenty-five or so employees remaining on the list. By the start of the Respondent’s dismissal hearing, OIG substantiated eighteen cases of PPP loan fraud, with one of these involving the Respondent.

Section 13.1 — Notice of Layoffs
When there is an impending layoff with respect to any Officers in the bargaining unit, the Employer
shall inform the Lodge in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to such layoff. The Employer
will provide the Lodge the names of all Officers to be laid off prior to the layoff. Probationary
officers shall be laid off first, then Officers shall be laid off in accordance with their seniority.
The Officers with the least amount of seniority in the Police Department shall be laid off first,
unless special qualifications dictate retention. All Officers shall receive notice in writing of the
layoff at least thirty (30) days in advance of the effective date of such layoffs.
