Federal Charges
This is probably the only way to (A) get some real justice for a particularly violent crime and (B) the only way to put a stop to this out-of-control shit:
- Federal prosecutors on Tuesday slapped three men with carjacking
charges, saying they took a man’s car at gunpoint from a Far South Side
gas station. Two of the men are accused of trying to carjack another
driver but they couldn’t figure out how to operate the victim’s vehicle.
Marquell Davis, 22, Ramone Bradley, 26, and Edmund Singleton, 34, are already fighting state carjacking charges for the same crimes, which occurred on the evening of November 3, 2022.
[...] When state prosecutors charged Singleton with the carjackings, they sought a no-bail detention because, among other things, he was on federal supervised release for unlawful transportation of firearms.The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Chicago said Tuesday that Bradley faces a maximum 30-year sentence if convicted. Davis and Singleton face mandatory sentences of between 7 years and life.
Long time readers will remember we advocated for a version of Operation Exile here in Illinois, where gun offenders were essentially "exiled" to federal prisons far away from their families and gang compatriots in the state penitentiaries.
In Virginia, where it was pioneered, gun crimes dropped by over a third within months of word getting around that you weren't going to be housed locally, or even within a bus trip on weekends. Of course, once democrats saw how well it was working in Virginia, they ran against it since if affected such a huge portion of their voting base.

I suspect once Trump gets back in he will not only be deporting illegal immigrants back where they came from but violent offenders will get deported to Supermax for a nice long vacation.
DemocRATS love to ban shit like guns, but never want to punish gun law beakers. Especially intercity gun crimes. All to boost law abiding people to give up their gun rights.

Why should prison be made easy?
I’m a huge fan of CWB and their reporters. They’ve reported on a few murder cases where the state allowed plea deals. One was a woman visiting our “world class city” (sarcasm) that was intentionally run over by a motorist. I believe he received a 24 year sentence. 24 years for a murder ? No wonder crime is out of control. The woman is gone and the shit heard that killed her will be released when he’s in his early 50’s. That’s unacceptable! Period. The only way to get crime under control is to absolutely decimate someone with a crazy amount of mandatory prison time. In short order criminals will see what’s going on and stop their predatory ways.
...Surprised the Jews aren't making any noise to the Feds to charge the Jihadist under Federal Hate Crime statutes for trying to assassinate the Jewish man on the North Side. Every time there's any type of police shooting the blacks cry for the Feds to indict and the Feds eagerly jump in and indict the police. Wrong! A 24 year sentence is automatically cut in half in Illinois - for anticipated good behavior. Minus a couple of years the goof spent watching cartoons at home with an ankle monitor awaiting trial. Minus a few years off for doing some BS social justice program. He'll do maybe 4 years.

Smelling and his bs news conference on bringing hate charges. The Democratic party was feeling to much pressure from the Jewish community. Offender is on ring cameras yelling aka bar. The media was probably feeling a lot of pressure to tell half the truth. The media wanted to kill that story like they killed when the male one killed two Whites with in 24 hours in Rogers Park. Nothing became of that story the racist media sure likes to kill certain stories in volving White victims. How many Whites are killed downtown by certain ehnic group punching them in the head no hate crime charges are ever filed
