Suburban Takeover
After Naperville police allegedly found a 14-year-old carrying a loaded, semiautomatic pistol at a downtown “teen takeover” event last weekend, authorities are urging safety and, again, stressed they have zero tolerance for illicit behavior.
“While we encourage everyone to exercise their first amendment right and we encourage everyone to enjoy what the downtown provides, we need everyone to do that lawfully,” Naperville police Cmdr. Rick Krakow said. “There’s going to be zero tolerance for any sort of criminal behavior, from trespassing to disorderly conduct to fighting.”
Since May 1, there have been seven planned teen takeover events in Naperville, each with varying degrees of participation, Krakow said.
The latest, held Saturday, resulted in five arrests, including that of the 14-year-old, who was charged with one count of unlawful possession of a weapon, authorities said. Charges in other arrests included disorderly conduct and battery, Krakow said, adding that he had no reports of injuries from the incidents.
Crime is mobile and always seems to pop up where the criminals know they won't be hassled, or at least hassled less. Naperville is ground-zero for the lib-tarded takeover of formerly tough-on-crime DuPage county, so (A) we can't say we're surprised and (B) we have a difficult time generating any sympathetic feelings.

Naperville PD is so focused on getting guns out of cars at Topgolf they forgot they have a downtown area. I was there recently on a weekend and Thursday night and not a cop in sight. See how Rosemont does it in their entertainment district if you need an example.

They welcomed the trouble with open arms. There was a time in life, you knew what felt like trouble, you warned your kids to watch for the signs. Your kid might have ignored you a few times, until the warning hit home a couple of times. Now the people of places like Naperville tell their kids: “You are privileged, you must not profile people, even though their behavior may be criminal. You must accept and understand and embrace their criminal behavior for they don’t have your privilege.” Plus their kids listen to shit music now, they’ve embraced the culture, made millionaires out of violent thug rappers.

May the youths tearing up the town can be issued civil citations for disorderly conduct, mob action or some other appropriate charge with a $500 fine and court costs. Make the parent or guardian sign the citation and only release the youth after the parent or guardian is embarrassed with an in person visit to the police facility. The non supervising parental unit will be given a court date to appear with the misguided takeover respondent.
At the hearing, the administrative hearing officer can give the spiel that the child can admit no fault, the $500 fine will be forgiven, but the court courts must be paid and this will not go onto the child's permanent record only to a Lexis Nexis controlled database for archiving and quality assurance purposes. It works in traffic court where traffic violators are given a pass for minor violations as long as they pay the $200 + court costs. Until parents are held accountable for their under 18 year juveniles, the problems will continue and blossom eventually into a complete breakdown of an orderly society.

One technique is to post youth takeovers via everywhere security camera footage and ask the public to identify participants. Use cell phone GPS cell towers to identify phone numbers in the area of unrest. Use the compiled database of cell phone subscribers from the Illinois, county and municipality tax records to identify phone users. (This is the same phone database politicians use to solicit your vote via phone calls and texts). Letters can be sent to subscribers that a communication device registered and taxed in your name has been located at an unlawful takeover event in violation of law. And then some lawyer approved mumbo jumbo about fines and up to incarceration penalties can put fear in those who actually believe in law and order can suggest a serious effort to thwart future 1st Amendment approved takeovers.

About 15 years ago, I recall one day having a conversation with some woman in Abla homes. HUD was giving her all kinds of incentives to move to Montana. HUD f’d up a lot of previously peaceful places in the name of diversity.
