Word on the street is that Eddie "Underwear Arsonist" Johnson is about to be served with a No-Contact Order of Protection from Nakia "IAD Group Test Cheater" Fenner regarding some allegedly unwanted physical contact during a recent incident at the marital residence.

Dingbat still running around with this loser after he became a national embarrassment, burned her underwear, slept with his driver, was seen on surveillance camera at a downtown restaurant making out with his driver, juggled three side pieces on the job, several 911 calls to the residence that all resulted in her refusing prosecute.
The department should hold her accountable for going back to the loser and for wasting resources.

She's an idiot. I remember a Mexican parade where she showed up, when she was a lieutenant. She was trying to divert the flow of traffic but she didn't ask for help or know what she was doing. I was the closest PO on the route. She was shouting at the folks, who were very peaceful driving in the parade. She yells at me "do you speak Mexican?!" I told her "yes, I speak Spanish." Earned not given, right?!

Eddie Johnson was Anthony Escamilla’s protector. Once Ed got demoted, it was less then a couple days later that Escamerit was demoted by interim Supernimtendo Beck back to Captain. Escamerit was allowed to basically ruin 025 during the time he was there causing everyone to bid out. Even all the Lieutenants hated him.
I believe Ernie Cato was one (retired) but many were wives of former and current CPD Frat bro brass. I can think of 3 off the top of my head and all became Commander or exempt

Fenner treated the working police well in 005. I would take her over arts every day and twice on sundays.

I just found out she’s was our captain in 005 before she departed to another unit. I never see her in 005.
Cato was not one of the coppers in the study group. A meritorious pick all the way, every promotion. Detective, Sgt, Lt, all by “merit”. Oh, did I mention dumber than dirt. He would not have scored high enough to be promoted even with the study group. Merit.
It is too bad that the city did not keep Charlie Beck as superintendent. Things would have been a lot better. But, what Beck wanted was not in line with the politicians who wanted patronage and power. I can only imagine the stories that Beck can tell around the dinner table about his experience in Chicago.
Eddie was a pretty decent sergeant in Area Four HGS. While not necessarily cerebral he was fair and good humored. He was in the office behind desk every tour unlike many of the absentee sergeants. He was blessed with many competent detectives-dare I say “dicks”-and he recognized and trusted their decisions. Can’t say the same for the other merit boneheads we suffered.
You’re forgetting a few other bust outs: Cline, Rice, Hilliard, Martin, Rodriguez. Last decent superintendent was probably O’Grady.

First of all, you can narrow it down to 5, 4, 3, whatever. If you figure out who I am are you going to tell Escamerit or your mom?
Second of all, my comment was relevant to the topic at hand. Special Ed has been gone longer from CPD than Escamerit. So, by your rationale, SCC and all the other commentators need to move on as well because they are Butt Hurt?
Third, who the fuck is Lt V and why would anyone care if he or she is liked?
Go call Escamerit and ask him if you need him to tickle his asshole today like you obviously did back when he was in 025.
No he didn't. Other than not keeping it in his pants, he wasn't bad. he played the game like they're supposed to, and he defending us as much as possible. There wasn't much helping JVD. He fought for the kid from 011 (RR) all the way down the line when they wanted to charge him, and COPA played games with their investigation, hiding their expert witness statement justifying his actions, and refused to release the report, in order to set him up. He had his demons but he wasn't terrible.
Actually, he was quite a good superintendent. He led from the front but didn't claim to know everything like god's gift to police leadership. He took in information from his management team, then made a decision and owned that decision. How he was as the supe has nothing to do with whatever's up in his personal life.
Capt. Fenner is sitting right in Callback railroading officers and reporting everything to the BIA.
Johnson was the worse noodle back, backstabber to ever lead this department.
