Someone finally noticed the two-hundred or more Chicago denizens who invaded Glen Ellyn this weekend:
A “flash mob” of some 200 Chicago residents swarmed Glen Ellyn’s Sunset village pool on Saturday afternoon, forcing their way past the entrance and assaulting the pool manager.
A video posted on Instagram shows a crowd pushing manager Christine Giunta-Mayer into the lap pool, which had been surrounded by the mob. (another link to video)
Sources tell DuPage Policy Journal that the mob arrived around 4:30 p.m. Glen Ellyn Police arrived soon after and closed the pool.
And guess what was instituted the next day?
- On Sunday, Sunset Pool visitors were required to have a physical pool pass issued by the park district, sources tell DuPage Policy Journal.
Seems the AWFL wine moms don't like diversity anywhere except their yard signs when it ends up chasing their kids out of the pool.

I have in-laws that live in Glenview. That’s a town that’s more than ready to welcome some inner city visitors. You see it’s a shame the way some people are treated and not given a chance. Glenview has several fine aquatic centers, not just pools, that would make fine locations for weekend barbecues and rap sessions. I’m sure some of the young life guards from Glenbrook South would be happy to assist and make the guests feel welcome.

My wife and I moved away from Glen Ellyn 2 years ago. Lived in the village for 50 years. The last 30 years 3 blocks from the pool. The Democrats have transformed a very conservative area into woke central. It was astounding to us how much the village had changed in the last 15 years.
We sold our home and business and moved to a state where this behavior is not tolerated.
Village board and the three school boards totally woke. We were fortunate enough to be able to flee.
Fuck them all. They voted for this shit, now OWN IT.
No arrests for drinking and smoking weed? What about the assault on the pool supervisor ?
Maybe they "borrowed" cars and carpooled while twerking out the windows.

Several years ago, Elmhurst constructed some really nice basketball courts in a neighborhood park located amongst the million dollar McMansions. The park was a few blocks from the Cook County line just a hop, skip and jump shot from Berkeley. The courts were rarely used by the neighborhood kids and slowly word got around to the kids on the east side of the Tri-State. The park had the added benefit of being a couple of blocks from the Pace bus stop. The local AWFL’s went nutso demanding that the park board take down the baskets because the basketball players, who on the whole were very orderly, would relieve themselves behind the bushes at the park. Or worse, ask the neighbors if they could use their bafroom! The park boards response was to install a couple of porta potties in the park. This really incensed the neighbors because now, the basketball players never needed to leave. I haven’t been by there in years but I would assume that the basketball courts have been turned into pickleball courts given the reaction of the neighborhood, most of whom who probably never had a meaningful conversation with a person of color.
Highland Park has a great pool right off Highway 41 on Central Avenue... Hidden Creek Aqua Park. After that they can play a round of golf over at the Sunset Valley Golf Course, then head up town and get some ice cream. Glorious day to be had by all.
Have you all ever realized that the entire real estate industry 100% revolves around them? The entire real estate industry is all about the perfect balance of not being too far from work where the drive is a pain in the asss but you’re also far away enough from THEM in living proximity. That’s it. This is where I work this is where THEY are at. What’s the perfect balance?
