You mean these charges? (summarized for clarity - we have multiple copies from multiple sources)
- Misappropriation of funds: On or about 08/13/2021, the president mishandled the expenditure of funds earmarked for a 2021 National FOP Presidential campaign and did not deposit funds into a campaign fund;
- Misappropriation of funds: Between 08/2024 and 03/2025, the president refused to reimburse the Lodge for funds used for the 2024 Christmas in July Party;
- Misappropriation of funds: On or about 2/12/2025, the president admitted to putting the 2023 Vision and Voice campaign funds into an interest-bearing CD;
- Abuse of Authority: On 08/06/2025, the president unilaterally purchased a painting for a total of $10,809.85, contrary to established Lodge procedures;
- Misappropriation of funds: Between 08/05/2025 and today, the president used cash owed to the Lodge for the 2025 National Dinner Cruise for other purposes, which includes cash tips and dinners.
There's also a list of receipts submitted into evidence backing the charges - we'll guess it's only a matter of time before someone forwards those to us, too.
We read over the By-Laws, and guess what doesn't appear?
- anything forbidding the membership from being informed of the charges
- anything forbidding the posting of said charges on bulletin boards in non-public areas
We're also told that the Courts have often recognized that union leadership will claim "confidentiality" as a pretext to conceal wrong doing and malfeasance, which it seems might be happening at this very moment.
In any case, if the Board is attempting to keep the membership in the dark, rest assured we'll do what we can to drag them back into the spotlight.

So Jimmy Jackoff thinks he can claim a lodge attorney instructed him to fire off this email? I’d hope a lodge attorney would be smart enough to realize that they’d be at the center of an unfair labor practice charge if they actually tried this.
You see, we did some checking with the State Lodge regarding this. Guess what? The criminals at 1412 W. Washington can NOT try to keep DUES PAYING MEMBERS from accessing/knowing the specifics of these charges. Post them on the Lodges site TODAY Backstabbich or I drop charges on YOU with the State Lodge.

Just cuz some allegations took place in 2021 doesn’t mean they couldn’t have been discovered (or enough evidence compiled to substantiate them) until later. You know, like maybe finally getting access to the financial books hidden by Cuntanzara to find expenditures and receipts that prove your suspicions. I don't know about " fraternal organizations " but a real union has ALL their Financials posted by the feds. LM2 or something like that. I can go online and find all expenses and salaries and perks. It’s not just a handful of sharp eyed, altruistic coppers who caught on to the financial irregularities during John’s time at the helm. The State and National Lodges both have been closely monitoring the going’s on and we have it on very good authority that those entities are the ones responsible for notifying the federal agencies currently involved. Now think of the thousands, maybe 100,000 or two that would have been saved if that charge was taken seriously by the board, and properly investigated by the state.
