Not Sustainable

It's far past time to gut the CTU and reform CPS spending (click for larger view):

 

The email we got along with the picture says:

• In 15 years, Chicago has lost almost 90,000 students, spending per student has DOUBLED, property tax revenue has more than DOUBLED and less than a quarter kids can read or do math appropriately.

And they want raises based on these failures.
