J-Fledgar Resurfaces

This interview is from a week or two ago. In it, J-Fled says Chicago could use the Federal help that is about to drop because cops are doing nothing but running from call to call....which prevents nothing. It turns out that CPD is merely that Lifelock "security monitor" commercial that was running a couple years back. All well and good - we were saying the same thing more than a decade ago and pointing out it was only going to get worse. 

But now we're told that J-Fled did some kind of on-line seminar for police chiefs and cites his experience with the feebs along with his time spent playing the supernintendo. And during one of these seminars, he (allegedly) makes a stunning claim:

• fully 25% of 9-1-1- calls in Chicago go unanswered, leading directly to the so-called "drop in crime" that Porky and Conehad are bragging about. Not only that, but the number is expected to rise significantly during the rest of Conehead's reign, approaching 40% due to manpower and staffing shortages.

We have little reason to doubt this, though we would have guessed a bit lower. Over the past week, we've monitored a number of comments regarding calls to 3-1-1 going unanswered for hours....meaning all of THOSE low level non-emergency crimes aren't being logged at all. As we exited the department, we saw the daily sheets with multiple cars down, not to mention we still get comments and photos of the worksheets from concerned cops.

Do any readers have access to or a link to this seminar (webinar?) where this claim is made? Not that anyone besides us, CWB and The Contrarian might post about it.
