Retired guy here, still in Illinois but over 100 miles away from Chicago in a nice semi rural area. The local community fall festival last weekend with a tent that had assorted vendors and of course the democrats and Republicans volunteers were there. Nominating petitions for assorted offices and as I walked around I couldn’t believe that several people were lined up at the democrats booth signing away for democrat candidates. Of course people were signing the Republican petitions for as well but i found it hard to believe that people still support the party that is destroying the state and tried to destroy the nation under the previous potato head administration. Many of the voters in the country are incredibly stupid and filled with hate and suffering from the Trump Derangement Syndrome regardless of the advances we have seen since President Trump took office. Decades of democrats running Chicago, Cook County and most of the state should be enough to see the convoluted ideology of the democrats was wrong. Ya can’t fix stupid and nothing will change until voters who adore at the altar of democrat nonsense wake up.
