Speaking of democrat policies in democrat blue city shitholes, back in 2018, when she was running for mayor, (Toni) "Preckwinkle pledged to remove clauses in Chicago’s welcoming city ordinance that allow police to cooperate with immigration agents to deport people here illegally who have criminal records or charges, or who appear in the Police Department’s gang database."

Isn’t CTA “overtime initiative” and the like partially funded federally? If these cities won’t make it safe for riders like this young woman, there needs to be a serious discussion around that funding.
