Residents on Chicago's Northwest Side are outraged after federal agents, once again, deployed chemical agents against protesters. This time it happened as parents and children were heading to a neighborhood Halloween parade in the Old Irving Park neighborhood
"Started hearing some whistles and when I looked out I saw two fully uniformed Customs and Border Patrol agents tackling a guy to the ground Literally in my front yard right here," resident Brian Kolp said.
That man been working on a nearby home when federal agents chased him down and took him into custody in the 3700 block of North Kildare. His brother said he is an undocumented immigrant who came to the U.S. with his family when he was 4-year-old.
Within moments, angry neighbors poured out of their homes, joining protesters blowing whistles who had been on patrol looking for federal agents.
Unreported was the numerous sticks and rocks thrown at federal officers, but hey, that's routine for Chicago.
So the feds, who are tasked with enforcing National Immigration Law, arrested an ILLEGAL ALIEN, and the neighborhood got upset because democrats told them that no one is above the law....except ILLEGAL ALIENS and assorted other voting groups that tend to vote left because that's who promises them money.
And instead of teaching their children to mind their own business and obey the law, they drag them out to use them as props when the manufactured outrage crowd provokes a perfectly legal and efficient countermeasure approved in the Federal Use of Force model.

These idiots are so used to doing what they want in chicago to the police and having no consequences that now when law enforcement pushes back they dont know what to do and are shocked when they face consequences.

So two fully uniformed Custom and Border agents tackle an illegal alien. The crowd comes out to interfere, the agents release tear gas at the meddlers. And the meddlers complained that it was just before the start of the annual Halloween parade. Think the agents had knowledge of the parade?
Nice to see the ex ASA is upset and so upset he is bringing the tear gas canister to a law firm that is filing a lawsuit against the federal government. Hopefully he can make his abode available as a sanctuary for illegal aliens!

Kolp is an ex ASA who got fired from the ASA’s office ( which is REALLY hard to do ) and got beat up by a neighbor after acting like the neighborhood Karen.He lost the fight but wanted felony charges pursued felony after getting his ass kicked and kept whining to the Area bosses to get charges pursued and he the investigating detective got into it after Kolp was making ridiculous demands from the dick who told him to F off but eventually Agg Batt chargers were approved by the ASA. Not surprised he’s out there sticking his nose where it don’t belong again.
These Rapid Response groups are working with the Alderman in certain areas. When someone spots ICE they text the Alderman who then sends the info to the Rapid Response groups. They are encouraging these groups to obstruct and ram ICE vehicles.
What drives me crazy is that all these years, ICE has been capturing and deporting illegals. And there was no excessive rioting and attacking agents. I guess because it wasn't advertised before?
Did any of the Chicago residents blow whistles and chase down the car of thugs who jumped out with big guns shooting up a 16 year old and anything else in their way at 230 in the afternoon?
I’m hoping ICE can use something stronger than tear gas.
I saw some woman on the news from Lakeview that was complaining about the gas being deployed and how she was coughing and had difficulty breathing. I thought to myself, if you could only mind your business and stay away from ICE then you wouldn’t have gotten gassed. It really is common sense. Mind your fucking business!

Its simple. If you really want to stop being tear gassed. Stay away from the arrests of undocumented aliens. If we change the circumstances and made the street arrest by local police officers. It all the same type of events. And even the goofy fired ASA knows this. Let the agents or officers do the arrest and they will leave. If you start blocking them in or throwing items at the arresting officers....who is escalating the matter? No one is above the law. So let the law do its job. And watch and record it if you want. But stay back and out of the way.

What Obama did was start counting catch-and-return at the border as deportations. I couldn't tell you about whether deportations from inside the US were up or down, but the dramatic high numbers came from them re-categorizing apprehensions to make it look like they were doing something.
If the guy came here when he was 4 years old this is probably the only country he knows.

You say this as if a fully grown man is incapable of living anywhere else on this planet, let alone in the nation of his birth.
Onto private property. Which, for any other reason, would be trespassing. Especially if the purpose was directly relevant to the ownrrs and/or residents of said property sans a valid search warrant.
This, however, is not relevant here. A functional pursuit does not target property resident(s), nor anything concerning property other than the subject(s) being pursued.
