What Will Porky Do?

As we predicted, the pardon at the federal level merely put the ball in Fata$$'s court, leaving him holding the live grenade:

• Since President Donald Trump commuted his federal life prison sentence five months ago, Gangster Disciples co-founder Larry Hoover has had three heart attacks and remains imprisoned in “extreme” conditions in Colorado, his lawyers say.

  Now, Hoover is asking Gov. JB Pritzker to finally make him a free man. Hoover’s lawyers sought clemency Wednesday from the Democratic governor in a petition that offers new insight into how Hoover has fared since Trump famously released the onetime Chicago gang leader from the federal government’s so-called supermax prison in Colorado.

  Despite receiving clemency from Trump on his federal conviction, Hoover still has a sentence to serve on a state murder conviction.

Hoover deserves to leave prison, horizontally and in a hearse. But this is a blue-state shithole, run by a fat commie billionaire who's always looking for angles and exploitative opportunities. 

But a commutation or pardon would likely impact any national ambitions as the "soft on crime" commercials write themselves. 

Think Dukakis, but with a few hundred extra pounds.
