He was convicted in the 1990s for mail/insurance fraud while serving as Markham's fire chief. Even after that he served as fire chief in Country Club Hills. He's been mayor of Markham since 2018 and you can thank former governor Bruce Rauner for that. Then again, he's running unopposed so either the corruption runs so deep that nobody bothers to oppose or the voters are just that stupid or both.

Presently assistant chief in Country Club Hills last reported earning over $100,000 a year and mayor of Markham earning over $175,000 a year going to $191,227 in 2026. How does he find time to do both jobs?

Markham Mayor Roger Agpawa has written a letter to the White House, asking President Biden for a pardon before he leaves office in January. In 1999, Agpawa was convicted of federal mail fraud charges, and is seeking to clear his record. ---

I have to say during 2020 and 2021 my flag flew upside down and it was fitting. For those who don't know its a sign of distress- meaning the union is not ok. it's not necessarily an anti-American display as one might assume. Then again for someone not familiar with history, moral ethics and is the common CPS graduate one would find wandering any street this would be unknown and gang-mentality of something being upside down meaning "against" This asshat either used such mentality in his profile pic intentionally with this neanderthal understanding or was just so stupid he didn't realize his pin spun. Either way, he's an asshole.
He could be that neighbor next door blending in with the like criminal element. He that head neighbor in charge running the fire department. Does anyone know if Country Club Hills, not Beverly Hills, has broke down clunker fire trucks like the Chicago Fire Department? Do the Hills have water in their fire hydrants? Or are they a similar broke ass democrat controlled municipality like Los Angeles where the fire plugs were prohibition era dry while a firestorm consumed an American city? Chicago's fire rigs are so old that they can be legally served alcohol at the firehouse.

In this questions defense, it was very blurred on my screen and the colors appear to be orange, green & black- not USA flag colors. But yes, it’s a crock of shit if that’s what it is.
The people going off on anyone who can’t tell what it is…get a life. Not all monitors are the same. On my screens, I looked on 2 devices there’s no red, blue and white values and nothing that remotely looks like Stars and Stripes on an American flag.

Homewood and Close mood are two different towns, however they share the same school and park districts hence why they're often referred to as one in the same. Flossmoor is Kenilworth minus the Lake. They don't allow pickup trucks, above ground pools, public streetlights, cookie cutter homes, fast food joints nor package liquor. No billboards, cyclone fences, and the list goes on. It was designed to be for the wealthy who didn't mind paying high property taxes in order to maintain an elite atmosphere. Years ago it had a significant Jewish population with Nobel Prize winners and surgeons. Now it's been discovered by the ghetto lottery winners who can't understand you can't park your car on the grass in the front yard.
