Operation Santa
With just weeks until Christmas, the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation is remembering and supporting the families of officers killed or injured in the line of duty by doing something special for their families to let them know they’re never forgotten.
Operation Santa kicked off in downtown Chicago Saturday with the arrival of Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus.
The Claus' were joined by Chicago police officers, supporters, and members of the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation as they embark on a special delivery this weekend.
Yeah, we know Phil continues to collect a six-figure pension along with a six-figure salary that would be better used in the service of the Memorial Foundation work, which is why we didn't quote the parts of the article with his name in it - he doesn't need the publicity.
Keep the criticism to a minimum - the focus should be on the families of the fallen.

I will always pitch in when the hardship envelope goes around in roll call. For medical, kids, retirements, etc, I’m in. But ever since learning about the Memorial Foundation CEO collecting a 200k salary. My biweekly $20 donations were stopped immediately. I’m just not going for it. 16 years of blindly funding some connected middleman’s lifestyle until someone finally exposed the scam. Cut the scammers all off from the tit. Or allow Chaplains to run a parallel foundation. All is needed is a bank account where officers can donate X amount on monthly basis and the Chaplains spend the money as needed, on good deeds. Not boats, ho’s, first class plane tickets, cars, or expensive dinners.
Some might call it creed.
Saw this on the evening news. Phil was on camera with mouth gaping open like he was brain dead!!!
He reminded me of biden!!!
Lt M.I. did not miss his 'photo op' moment
he is without class shame or morals
it is cringe and wince inducing
Rumor has it Santa was played by J Cantstandya, ho ho ho
Phil is remembering the Cline Foundation as he does every year as he lives the winter in Florida at the Lexington Complex paid for by the outrageous salary he takes from the memorial fund. He's got himself surrounded by several of his hard charging suckhole buddies from the PD who also live there telling Phil how great he is.He should be ashamed of himself but highly doubtful.
Phil donates half his salary back to the CPMF.
One quick question: Did “Fillee ” play Mr. Claws🦞 ?
Phuck Phatty. Still at the trough 18 fucking years after retiring. Plenty of other legit charities to give to starting with the Chaplains.
It's a great program. The holidays are tough on those who have lost a parent.
Aside from Phil’s fat salary, it sure seems like only the connected get spots with big salaries too. Curious to see how many retired CPD hired by Phil were also merit promoted during their CPD years?
The guy who thinks he donates anything back, really licks ass good.
Prove it.
I understand why people are upset that Phil gets a salary. I still donate as the families need it. To see the children financially taken care of, makes me feel like I've done something for their sacrifice of losing a parent. While material things will never replace their loved one, ensuring they're comfortable and successful in life is all we can do for them to let them know they're not forgotten.
Fuck fat Phil and his ongoing theft. It's just a criminal ring.
who?
I remember when he was Sup. the mandatory suggested police memorial donation per pay check was 20-dollars. I had no idea at the time he was setting up a second retirement job and fund.
Phil moved out of the Lexington Complex and bought a house. The HOA fees got way out of hand due to the Florida Law stating that every condo building had to have a structural examination for buildings 3 stories or higher. This is a result of a condo building collapsing killing 98 people in Surfside Florida a Miami suburb. from what I was told the HOA made the condo owners pay a special assessment of $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 depending on the square footage of the condo. Phil and many of the crew sold their condos as a result.
I'd like to be one of the few that remain on topic according to SCC's footnote request..
May God Bless all those CPD Gold Star Family Members who lost a loved one in the line of duty. We also hold dear in our hearts those members that were catastrophically injured along with their families. Not just at Christmas, but every day we should count our personal blessings and always keep their sacrifice paramount in our thoughts and prayers. I pray daily for those that continue to work the streets that they may return home safe and sound at the end of their tours of duty. May God Bless ALL our first-responders and God Bless America!
Stay Safe!
First time that I've heard this...did you make it up???
Does that give him a tax break?
