Interesting Interpretation

The Slum Times headline:

• Chicago records fewest killings since 1965, despite Trump's attacks against the city

But has the Slum Times thought about this interpretation of facts on the ground?

• After Hundreds of Extra Officials in Uniform on the Street along with Many Hundreds of Traffic Stops, Arrests, Detentions and Deportations of Criminals, Crime Drops

Completely plausible....probable even. Criminals go to where Law Enforcement isn't - even if the law enforcement isn't local.

But did anyone expect the Slum times to be even handed?
