Crime up on CTA. The riders are riding at their own risk. One big crime fest. What do they do when they’re wilding downtown. Push the chaos onto the CTA. It as if dumb and dumber are running the police department. No real strategy or plan.

New york has almost identical subway cars just different layout. Theyve been fitting some sort of barrier between cars because theres a trend of people climbing up top there to dance on the roof until they are swiftly and fatally removed by a bridge or other obstacle the train is passing under.
010 could park a pair of officers in the Pink Line California station all day, it’d be like shooting fish in a barrel, nabbing one turnstile jumper after another.
