Drive by any ISP Post or better yet go to the State of Illinois offices in Chicago, A lot of command cars parked 24/7 by desk troopers who only drive them back and forth from home. Many of these troops never patrol or leave the office. Rotate these cars with the Real Troopers, "Road Dogs"! I was in Springfield last month and drove by the ISP HQ downtown, At lest 50 unmarked parked all day.
