A seven-time convicted felon accused of shooting of two Chicago police officers was wanted for evading parole, escaping from electronic monitoring, and had two pending felony cases against him at the time, court records confirm.
The suspect, 26-year-old Alphanso Talley, was charged late Sunday night with 20 new counts, including murder, attempted murder, aggravated kidnapping, and other charges.
Talley, who has a history of violent crime, is accused of shooting and killing 38-year-old John Bartholomew, a 10-year veteran of the Chicago Police Department, and critically wounding another officer, a 57-year-old man with 21 years on the force.
Paroled on two cases, an active warrant on another, cut of his ankle monitor, seven felony convictions, and still managed to get released over SAFE-T Act provisions by (who else?) DEI retard judge Lyke.

Officer Bartholomew received a life sentence because of a failure by the government and judiciary branches to protect the citizens of this city and state which includes police officers. His family should sue the disgraced Governor and Cook County Circuit Court for damages.

I'm sorry, I have to disagree with your summary. When you live in a state that has legalized crime, Talley was legally entitled to commit the various crimes he has been arrested for. Crime is legal in the State of Illinois. Perhaps someone with a few bucks to spend can rent some billboards and put them at various road exits at state lines to warn road trippers before they cross into PurgeIllinois.
