CPD is required to do an Aggravated Battery report…and yes this will count in our stats. The reporting officers most likely did the entire report from the hospital because they were ordered to stay away from the scene thereby contributing to a false narrative on a police report (which will hopefully be amended by our detectives). This incident should have been captured on one of the many CPD cameras but will be hidden from public view if it shows that ICE was in the right.

(as a side note, if these are peaceful demonstrations, why the need for ISP?) That would be an issue to keep federal troops out of the state if this ends up in court.
