Allegedly, indictments are being prepared for 2 to 4 coppers. No further info at this time.
UPDATE: The "indictment" label might be a bit harsh. Rumors continue to float of a large number of extensive suspensions about to be handed down. There is at least ONE open investigation that we are aware of because the lawyer who pled out the cop stated that he was cooperating against another unnamed CPD officer. It was quoted in the Trib a month or so ago.

I bet it is related to the Corey Flagg caper. I heard they called in one officer who supposedly denied he had stolen some jewelry. Then they pulled out a video tape of him trying to sell the stuff.
Also for the Flagg caper. What about the female officer, assigned to IAD, under investigation for allegedly giving info about the investigation to one of the involved officers. She is taking a big suspension for interferring in a homicide investigation too. She has been in callback for quite a bit now.
She is the mother of one of the indicted officers, and warned him of the g-investigation. Initials are I believe (moms)JR?
Two females from IAD....
one being his mom
one is a white female officer
who live in Mt.Greenwood
who was jocking him.
She is the same officer from
IAD that was locked up in
Area 2 for battery to a
detective for pushing
him several times while
investigating the shooting
of that Sgt that was killed
by his son.
Nice to know they select
such great officers to
investigate the working
cops!
