An entertaining game to play

How long after the feds announce that a subject is NOT the focus of an investigation, is that person suddenly paraded before a bunch of cameras and indicted in court? It happened to george ryan - US Attorney announces ryan is NOT the subject of an ongoing investigation into secretary of state bribes-for-licenses and BAM! Two years later, he's a one term governor hopefully on his way to live out his remaining years in the pen.

Everyone here who wants to see someone with the last name of "daley" in prison, the smarter money bet is on his first name being "john" for the moment. The sun-times reports that the feds have said daley (john) is NOT the subject of any on going investigations, but his name has come up in a number of interviews. Daley (john) refuses to say if he has been "interviewed" by the feds.

Our theory? As "hired truck" people were "encouraged" to buy trucking insurance from daley (john) and contributed to the 11th ward political organizations to get city work, someone has daley (john) on audio or video or paper. The feds hauled daley (rich) in to further nail down daley (john) to his story. Maybe the feds will use their exapnded task force to root around in cook county government as well.

Let the countdown begin!

Mayor Daley is too busy right now trying to figure out how he can export tons of welfare people and criminals out of the City and Illinois like New Orleans.....

Open the flood gates please....

And lets clean this city up!

I pray for Mr. Patrick Fitzgerald every day. I worry he will be in an accident or Bush will promote him.

Lets hope we live to see the Daley empire destroyed. Mush mouth daley is using the hurricane news to kill the bad publicity.

Please Fitz indict the empire. I would luv to see Daley in federal prison with George Ryan wearing lipstick like in the tv series OZ.

Yet the public just allows this corruption to go on.

If I were in Fitzgerald's shoes- If I had to weigh the malfeasance, judge which fish to fry first- Daley & Hired Truck, etc, or Bush & his traitor puppetmasters Rove, Libby- and the scam Iraq War- no question in my mind: NATIONAL corruption gets handled first. But hey- maybe ALL the indictments will come down the same day! Like that wonderful bleeding heart bumper sticker says- "THINK GLOBALLY, INDICT UNIVERSALLY!"

Dude, up the dosage already. You've been listening to too many Howard Dean rants lately and hanging at the Daily Kos a lil too much. Deep breaths. Repeat after me - "It wasn't about the oil." "It wasn't about the oil."

Now try this one - "Bush cannot control the weather" "Bush cannot control the weather"

Now quick, before your head explodes - "Bush won fair and square both times." "Bush won fair and square both times."

With the failure of so many bulletproof vests, why won't Chicago connect with the vest partnership program offered by the us department of justice. You pay half for a new vest and the government pays half. You cannot sign up for it individually though, your department has to be enrolled for the individual officer to get the benefit.

Speaking of prison, here's an exerpt from an article interviewing a jail guard:

"As Katrina raged Monday outside the prison on Perdido Street, water began seeping into the building where Barnes worked. Toilets began to back up. By Tuesday, the water inside was about 3 feet high and about 320 inmates had to be moved to the second floor, she said.

As water rose 5 feet high that evening, the situation became desperate, she said. About 40 civilians, including family members of prison workers, had also taken refuge at the jail. Word spread among the inmates that the Ninth Ward neighborhood of New Orleans, where many had family, was underwater. Unfed for days, the inmates began to riot inside their cellblocks, Barnes said.

"We had no phone lines, no electricity," she said. "There was raw gas in the water ... If it wasn't for the deputies, a lot of people would have died."

She believes many drowned anyway, including inmates housed on the first floor of the Templeman 3 building, where Barnes said that in the chaos, some inmates may have remained locked inside."

Gotta love it...........

Hey Bush Boy!

Did you send flowers to the Chief Justice's wake? After all, he handed the election to YOUR president.

Maybe the second election was somewhat on the legit. If you thought the first Bush election was a "fair and square contest" like Bozo used to say, then buddy, pass me the dubbie, brother (just kidding).

Where's the WMD's? Where's bin Ladin? Where's the terrorists from 9/11?

If you think this invasion of Iraq was not partially about oil then I feel sorry for you. About New Orleans....the feds reacted too slowly. Unlike the first day when we invaded Iraq. What was the first thing protected? Oil fields.

Lefty - are you losing it? A little too late for ya? Really grasping if you have to invoke the "Where's the terrorists from 9/11?" line. Wait, I thought all you radicals complained anytime someone uses the 9/11 theme. Hold on...was clinton licking Monica's cigar when the decision was made not to exterminate bin laden when he had the chance(s)? Or didn't he inhale? I forget the excuse.

To 4:25 poster,

No, I didn't inhale to deeply on BB's dubbie, but I don't care if Clinton screwed (up), which he did. I am sure Clinton also inhaled. No mention by yoiu of YOUR president's use of cocaine when he was younger though. That doesn't matter.

The fact is YOUR president deceived the American public on why he got into his quadmire.

Talk to any leftist, a true leftist, and they'll say that are none too endemnored with Clinton. And (true) leftists shall not (initially) support his spouse. I will not support her even if she is the candidate.

The fact is we have no one in custody for 9/11 and that's a shame. As I stated yesterday, Bush II is the worst president of my lifetime.

We have Zacharias Moussaoui in custody and - lemme think - he confessed! The 20th hijacker confessed! The rest are little pieces of carbon along with 3,000 of my fellow citizens. Germany has another member of the planning cell in custody and are preparing to try him a second time - no double jeopardy in Europe. And Khalid Shaikh Mohammed? He's in Guantanimo too, and he confessed to planning 9/11 with Atta and bin Laden! And the government infrastructure that sheltered them as they planned mass murder? Gone! So your comment about no one is custody for 9/11 is just leftist bullshit. I shall continue to destroy your arguements piecemeal today as the mood strikes me.

For your leftist tripe that Bush didn't win both elections fair and square, we refer you to the following from the Miami Herald and the New York Times - both bastions of leftist liberal thought:

"- Bush won the recount after the election done by the Miami Herald. Here's a headline and the first paragraph...

"REVIEW SHOWS BALLOTS SAY BUSH

Republican George W. Bush's victory in Florida, which gave him the White House, almost certainly would have endured even if a recount stopped by the U.S. Supreme Court had been allowed to go forward."

- Bush also won a 2nd recount done after the election by eight media groups. Here's what the New York Times, certainly not a Bush supporting paper, had to say about that.

"Study of Disputed Florida Ballots Finds Justices Did Not Cast the Deciding Vote

A comprehensive review of the uncounted Florida ballots from last year's presidential election reveals that George W. Bush would have won even if the United States Supreme Court had allowed the statewide manual recount of the votes that the Florida Supreme Court had ordered to go forward"

Aaaay me dear BB,

Once again, in the light of Rush and that other goof Sean, who misrepresent comments of liberals, you do not recount what I've said. They do it purposely, you I hope don't, but in your zeal to attack me forget what I said.

I said the YOUR President stole the FIRST election, not the later. By the way, i asked the other day, send flowers to the Chief Justice's funeral? He handed the election to the Commander-in-Chief.

Oh yea, the fella imprisoned in Germany, I forgot his name too, was to the best of my recollection, not captured through tips from the U.S.

The government that sheltered them was not Iraq, as you infer. The government that sheltered them was Saudia Arabia. We didn't go after them though, did we? BB you are well read, you know this.

Why BB do die-in-the-wool Bush supporters refuse to answer that one? Come on, why? The reason, my chum, is because oil corporate America (heck, world corporate oil) is hooked to S.A. If those mass murderers had been from Chad, or some other poor African country, it would be a parking lot now.

Finally, and I have typed this comment so much here i should cut and paste it to save time. A true leftist will admit when the Democrats make a mistake. The Bush backers just cry boo hoo, you're picking on the President.

YOUR President is now a bigger photo op guy than Clinton, and that my good pal, is very, very sad.
