Bury this Garbage Already

We updated the police related links on the right. CrimeFileNews (aka Crime, Guns and Video Tape) is one of the latest entries into the police related blogging world. We don't agree with Paul Huebl's stance on the death penalty, but we borrowed this photo from his website:

and we MUST say:
  • (A) Tookie has NEVER looked better!
  • (B) Here's ONE murderer who will never kill again
  • (C) He looks so life-like, NOT!
  • (D) Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead - LIKE TOOKIE!

Anyone see the Mearday article in the Times today?

Bet Jimmy, Matt and John love seeing this shitbag getting more attention!

I sincerely hope that he goes down on this one, and has to spend all his "Westside Lottery" winnings to defend himself from the indefensible.

May he end up like Tookie, soon!

The death penalty does not work. There will be someone to take Tookie's place and he too, shall care nothing about the death penalty.

Since the U.S. is about the ONLY Western nation still with capital punishment what does it say about this country? It doesn't work and is wrong in EVERY case.

Merry Christmas to all!
Here is a copy of my favorite yuletide poem:

Twas the night before Christmas and all through San Quentin,
the crips were protesting, and liberals were ventin'.

The cyanide hung by the chamber wth care, in hopes that the reaper soon would be there.

The inmates were nestled all snug in their bed ; except for Old Tookie, who soon would be dead.

And me with my beer mug, dressed warm in my flannell, had curled up to watch it, on the Fox News Channel.

I set up my TIVO to record the news station, and thoroughly loved the momentous occasion.

It seemed lady justice had gotten her way, and that there would be one less savage today.

When outside the jail there arose such a clatter, the cameras had
turned to see what was the matter.

When what to my civilized eyes did appear, but a lineup of actors, all liberal, half queer.

The misguided freaks drew some curious looks, as they proclaimed his innocence; clutching his books.

The tears then flew out from Sarandon's eye! s, as she nominated him again
for the Nobel Peace Prize.

The actors were tethered to an ACLU sleigh, all towing the line of the urban decay.

On Asner, on Penn, on liberal cop-haters,
On Sharpton, on Jesse and other race-baiters.

Then at 3:01 all curled up like a beetle, Tookie cried like a bitch as they gave him the needle.

When up from the actors there arose such a cry, they had failed in their mission, and Tookie done died !!

I heard Bill O'Reilly say, as I turned out my light, Merry Christmas to all ... there was justice tonight !!

If any of you read the article on tookie's death, did you notice the quote from an admitted crip labeling tookie as "the CEO of the crips". Reformed, my dick!!!

He got his fucking redemption alright. Right at the end of a needle.

Rest in eternal damnation you fucking piece of shit.

When will the liberal fucks start looking for a "tookie day" holiday?

Bush Pardons Convicted Coke Dealer

Tillie Fong and Hector Gutierrez, Rocky Mountain News | December 22 2005

A Denver lawyer was pardoned Tuesday by President Bush for drug-related crimes she committed more than two decades ago.
Wendy St. Charles, now 49, was among 11 people who received presidential pardons.

In 1984, she was sentenced to four years in prison in Illinois for conspiracy to conduct a narcotics enterprise and distribution of cocaine, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

Cheney Utters 'F-Word' in Senate - Aides

Reuters | June 24 2004

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Vice President Dick Cheney blurted out the "F word" at Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy of Vermont during a heated exchange on the Senate floor, congressional aides said on Thursday.

The incident occurred on Tuesday in a terse discussion between the two that touched on politics, religion and money, with Cheney finally telling Leahy to "f--- off" or "go f--- yourself," the aides said.

"I think he was just having a bad day," Leahy was quoted as saying on CNN, which first reported the incident. "I was kind of shocked to hear that kind of language on the floor."

"That doesn't sound like language the vice president would use but there was a frank exchange of views," said Cheney spokesman Kevin Kellems.

According to congressional aides, Leahy said hello to Cheney following the taking of the Senate group photo on the floor of the chamber.

Cheney, who is president of the Senate, then ripped into Leahy for the Democratic senator's criticism this week of alleged war profiteering in Iraq by Halliburton, the oil services company that Cheney once ran.

Leahy and other Democrats have called for congressional hearings into whether the vice president helped the firm win lucrative contracts in Iraq after the U.S.-led war that toppled Saddam Hussein.

During their exchange, Leahy noted that Republicans had accused Democrats of being anti-Catholic because they are opposed to some of President Bush's anti-abortion judges, the aides said.

That's when Cheney unloaded with the "F-bomb," aides said.

According to Senate rules, profanity is not permitted in the chamber. But when the exchange occurred between Leahy and Cheney, the Senate was not in session so there was technically no foul.

Hey Jonny CAPS-ALOT! Read the whole article. There is NOTHING about Kentucky in it. He's more:

The White House gave no details Tuesday of why St. Charles was granted the pardon now.

"All persons receiving pardons apply for clemency through the office of the pardon attorney," Blair Jones, White House spokesman, said Tuesday.

"All cases were handled in accordance with standard clemency case processing procedures," Jones said.

CPD investigates 'inappropriate' photos of Midway crash
December 22, 2005 - Several Chicago police officers may be getting in trouble for apparently taking some souvenir photos of themselves next to that Southwest Airlines jet that crashed outside Midway Airport.

The pictures are now making the rounds on the Internet. They appear to show several plainclothes officers posing in front of the plane and close-up shots of damaged vehicles.
A spokesperson for the Chicago Police Department says the photos are "regrettable and inappropriate."

The department is still looking into whether the officers were assigned to the crash scene or used their police credentials to get close to the crash or onto the airfield.

Actually KAWANZZA was invented by Ron Karranga in 1966. He formed a very militant anti white anti Jewish group that was more extreme than the Black Panthers (his rivals) UNITED SLAVES. It was believede then by the Black Panthers that Karranga was an FBI informant which led to the death of 5 BP Party members. A couple of years later he did time hwen he kidnapped 2 women from his gourp and tortured them for several days. I believe he did 4 yrs in the joint. Ron Karranga is a Rascist and a self proclaimed Marxist (O'Grady's kind). He hates white's and jews. It's funny this FACT is never mentioned when we are wished happy Kawanzza. There is NO KAWANZAA in Africa. Ask a real African (from Africa) and they will tell you they NEVER heard of it. This political correctness must stop.

(You've heard the hate- now let the LOVE shine in! Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, and a Joyous Solstice and Festivus to all of you!)

As an African American and Pan-African holiday celebrated by millions throughout the world African community, Kwanzaa brings a cultural message which speaks to the best of what it means to be African and human in the fullest sense. Given the profound significance Kwanzaa has for African Americans and indeed, the world African community, it is imperative that an authoritative source and site be made available to give an accurate and expansive account of its origins, concepts, values, symbols and practice.

(The Seven Principles)

Umoja (Unity)
To strive for and maintain unity in the family, community, nation and race.

Kujichagulia (Self-Determination)
To define ourselves, name ourselves, create for ourselves and speak for ourselves.

Ujima (Collective Work and Responsibility)
To build and maintain our community together and make our brother's and sister's problems our problems and to solve them together.

Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics)
To build and maintain our own stores, shops and other businesses and to profit from them together.

Nia (Purpose)
To make our collective vocation the building and developing of our community in order to restore our people to their traditional greatness.

Kuumba (Creativity)
To do always as much as we can, in the way we can, in order to leave our community more beautiful and beneficial than we inherited it.

Imani (Faith)
To believe with all our heart in our people, our parents, our teachers, our leaders and the righteousness and victory of our struggle.

President's Kwanzaa Message
Presidential Message: Kwanzaa
December 20, 2001

I am pleased to send warm greetings to all who are celebrating Kwanzaa.

Established in 1966, Kwanzaa represents an African-American and Pan-African holiday celebrating family, community, and culture. The seven-day observance, beginning December 26 and ending January 1, serves as a special time to recognize and reaffirm the Nguzo Saba, or Seven Principles, of African culture. These are unity, self-determination, collective work and responsibility, cooperative economics, purpose, creativity, and faith.

Kwanzaa provides an opportunity for people of African heritage, regardless of their religious background or faith, to come together and to show reverence for their Creator and creation, to commemorate the past, to recommit to high ideals, and to celebrate the good in life. These life-affirming traditions take on particular resonance this year, as the United States and the world face new challenges to peace. As individuals, families, and communities take part in this celebration of unity and of enduring values, I extend best wishes to people throughout the globe for a wonderful and memorable Kwanzaa.

Best wishes on this special occasion.

ACTUAL Text of President Bush's Kwanzaa message:

Because of that blabbermouth Trent Lott's carelessness, our Republican slip has been showing. This hurt me deeply because Mr. Lott's candor jeopardized our ability to pass ourselves off as caring a flip about the folks we worked like crazy to keep from voting in Florida back in 2000. I mean, of course, you coloreds. But I want to remind all that the GOP is a big tent! We need all kinds of people. We are in particularly dire need right now of folks to clean and serve liquor. Which is why I come to you all and make an effort to take seriously this funky holiday of yours called Kwanzaa.

You people mean so very much to Laura and me. Being from Texas, with a fresh batch of wetbacks every day, we are used to minority-type people who don't speak English good. I remember when I went to Bob Jones University in South Carolina and boldly stood up for your right to only date your own and I so enjoyed waving to those few of you all who were in the back of the room.

It is my understanding that Kwanzaa celebrates traditional African values. So, I'm guessing you all spend the holiday living under the thumb of prissy British and Dutch colonialists, killing each other in bloody tribal wars and then cap off the week by starving to death. Don't sound like much of a holiday to me, but, Hell's bells, if that's what makes you all misty eyed, go for it!

From December 26th to January 1st, people of African descent thumb their noses at the better-organized celebration of the birth of a white guy called Jesus. Instead of getting cool gifts, you all apparently do stuff like give thanks for the blessings of family, community, and culture. Kwanzaa is also a time for Africans and African-Americans to honor their common heritage by participating in events based on early harvest gatherings called matunda ya kwanza [giggles], or first fruits. I think I need to point out here that whether they are the first or last fruits, it sounds dangerously like one of them "gay pride" thingies them queers are always trying to get me and my earnestly heterosexual wife Laura to enter a float in!

I'm sure the phone banks at every jail in this country are ringing like a Christmas carillon as individuals and families join together during Kwanzaa. By uniting people of diverse backgrounds (from high-yellow to double-dipped) and beliefs, this holiday promotes mutual understanding and respect. These universal principles inspire us as we work together for a future of freedom, hope, and opportunity for all -- or at least a warm illusion of same.

Laura joins me in sending our best wishes for a memorable Kwanzaa, and she says to you what she says to our very own white children: "Make your new year's resolution to stay out of jail!"

Since this started kind of as a death penalty thread, I just got to get my two cents in.

The only problem with the death penalty in this country is it takes too long. Gacy spent what 13+ years on death row? Tookie was eligible for AARP benefits when they finally killed him. I am all for appealing the verdict but it has gotten ridiculous. The problem with the long drawn out appeal process is that it costs so much more to house this scum. So judges are assigning the death penalty left and right but what good is it if you don't enforce the order.

I personally like the Russia version.
"Verdict guilty"
"I want to file an appeal"
"Appeal denied, you're still guilty"
They then take the asshole out back, double tap to the head, and charge the family for the bullets. That is how a speedy justice system should work. We shouldn't be supporting these walking wastes of oxygen for 13+ years. Yea, they're behind bars but they get to watch TV, do dope, have sex, and get 3 squares a day while their victim decomposes with no justice for the atrocity committed against them.

I am getting off my soap box now. SCC thank you so much for starting this blog and allowing all of us to vent.

Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, Happy chaunakah, Happy Kwanaza, or Happy Festivus to all (please pick the appropriate salutation for yourself). I hope everyone's holiday is a happy and safe one.

(The Seven Principles)

Umoja (Unity)
To strive for and maintain unity in the family, community, nation and race.

(Yep, the "Family Unit" is alive and well)

Kujichagulia (Self-Determination)
To define ourselves, name ourselves, create for ourselves and speak for ourselves.

(Create what? The "Speakin' out" part is down pat, though)

Ujima (Collective Work and Responsibility)
To build and maintain our community together and make our brother's and sister's problems our problems and to solve them together.

(See this at every scene when I ask "Who saw what happened?" and
"Who can tell me who did this?" I imagine "Huh" and "What" are some kid of codes for answers to those questions)

Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics)
To build and maintain our own stores, shops and other businesses and to profit from them together.

(Yep,Nassir and Farouk are just "Fronts" for the Black bussiness owners of those corner stores. Although the independant young men on the corners have grasped the "Bussiness" and "Sharing profits" aspect of Kwanzaa quite well)

Nia (Purpose)
To make our collective vocation the building and developing of our community in order to restore our people to their traditional greatness.

(Bt restoring the community, do you mean helping remove the boards off the windows of the abandon's,or opening another storefront church?)

Kuumba (Creativity)
To do always as much as we can, in the way we can, in order to leave our community more beautiful and beneficial than we inherited it.

(Inherited what? You means forcing out the prior residents through robbery, murder, rape, shootings? Oh, by the way, the beautiful and inherited neighborhoods of Englewood, Grand Crossing, Fillmore , Wentworth [Well as soon as the other half is torn down] ect, ect. are looking just spendid, You've done a great job.)

Imani (Faith)
To believe with all our heart in our people, our parents, our teachers, our leaders and the righteousness and victory of our struggle.

(You are victorious at making one parent households and metal detectors in schools the norm.)

Happy Kwanzaa!

Kwanzaa? Well my family never has and never will celebrate that manufactured holiday. And why should we? No one in my family has ever been to Africa, speaks any kind of African language and the last person from my family to actually matriculate from somewhere on "The Dark Continent" did so at the hand of one of his/her own, in chains, hundreds of years ago.
