Inmates Shot
We were watching this story part of the day, hoping they might announce which jail guard smuggled in a handgun, but no such luck at this point. We were just wondering, WHAT grudge was so important that someone just had to get a gun into the jail?
You have a trusted guard in place. He (or she) can get you weed, other intoxicants, protect you in the shower, make life rough for other inmates. But you (the inmate) are going to bring down a world of shit by smuggling a gun into jail? What's the matter with a shank? What's the matter with leaving the object of your displeasure in place in the jail? He ain't going anywhere and if he gets out, you have your people whack him outside. In the meantime, your bought and paid for turnkey can make his life miserable - no phone, no privileges, no anything, maybe even solitary if you tell a good enough story. But a gun?
