Good Police News

Someone wanted some good news about the police posted here. Well, we got some today. How about this?
  • On today's date, the 22nd of April 2006, the first football team in the history of the Chicago Police Department took the field in the resort town of Wildwood, New Jersey. The Chicago Police Enforcers faced the New York Department of Corrections known as The Strongest. The team led by Head Coach Jim Ade (Brother Rice) left the field victorious with a 28-6 victory.
The Enforcers website can be found here. Their next two games are local affairs at St. Rita's High School in May. Surf over to their site and offer some support for our guys.

huberman saw it too...
he said you all looked good.

This is what tight pants are all about.
This year, a tight end.
next year, a wide receiver.

On a more serious note, thanks for doing the CPD proud. That you had fun doing it, even better. Hooah.

I just want to give a "shout out" to my copper boyfriend who is working 2nite. After knowing him for a few months, I realize all the hard work that goes into working the streets. I have more respect for cops because I hear of all the BS that goes with the job and all the political nonsense that goes with it. My cop is a hard working man; this is what I have been told by his fellow officers on his watch. To all the civilian women out there, go hook yourself up with "one of Chicago's finest" and keep'em happy!!!! If you want to be safe at night...sleep with a copper. So...I am waiting for my F-MONSTER to come home soon. Gotta go. Stay safe and be safe.~

Got to love how people are dropping dead and OD'ing left and right at the Dearborn Homes with this bad smack.
A couple years ago they used to have a dozen or so workers in 021, now it's mostly all dog-asses. Poetic justice.

Heard they are opening a T.R.'s Bar in Garcia Ridge for Lt. Richie Scotch Breath and Sgt. McLittleMann. They will only have one bar stool for them to share since they are unpartable.

Hmmm how much can be made on Search Warrants?

If they open that bar on the west end of the 8th District maybe they will actually get 8th district cops west of Central Ave. then.

Any chance that cutie female working 3rd watch will go there? Then I would go too! She is so fricken sexy!

What does a S.O.S. search warrant and Santa Clause's drivers license have in common?

Both have fictitious addresses!

My question guys,

I am dating a female officer. I am really worried that all that time she spends in the car with male partners will lead to something. Does things ever happen between male/female partners, or is it all just BS stories. She is my f-monster and I really am falling deep in love with her.

Back on topic, the "New York STRONGEST" football team is comprised of NYC's Dept. of SANITATION, not CORRECTIONS.

When and where will the CPD Enforcers play the NYPD ("The Finest") and the FDNY ("The Bravest")?

Kudos on defeating NYC's garbage men on the Jersey shore.

Back to the CPD football team. These guys have to be the biggest bunch of goofs on the department. Looking at the pictures on their site they all look like a bunch of washed-up, over-aged, pot-bellied fools trying to re-live their youth.

Do those guys get IOD pay when get hurt?

The NATIONAL PUBLIC SAFETY FOOTBALL LEAGUE (NPSFL) has a Web site at:

www.npsfl.com

It includes teams representing last year's championship NYPD ("The Finest"), LAPD ("The Centurions") and Philadelphia PD ("The Blue Flames").

The NYC garbagemen ("The Strongest") are now 0-3. Bring on the PD teams for NYC, LA and Philly.

7:41 AM. You're an asshole. Can we use you for a tackling dummy? If injured, an Enforcer can not go IOD, just standard medical role.

Oh Please please please let the Illinois State Legislature pass this motion. Not only will the entire democratic party implode in Illinois, thereby delivering the governor's mansion to Barr-Topinka, the doldrums that the National Party are currently mired in will be swept away like so much chaff. This venture into the deepest of fever swamps will damage the Dems so badly, it can only be the mysterious hand of Karl Rove at the helm.

You heard it here first - IT'LL NEVER HAPPEN.

This is incentive to study for the next part of the Sgt's exam (actual to/from, no joke):

019th DISTRICT 26 March 2006

TO: Commander, George Rosebrock
019th District

FROM: Sergeant, Armondo Galan 992
1962 Tact

SUBJECT: Scooters for patrol in high traffic areas

The 19th District is difficult to patrol in high traffic areas and down many alleys, where many construction vehicles are in use. Alleys are very important to patrol due to the large number of burglars and thefts in the 019th district. Also Scooters are much more fuel economical and the police department should be environment friendly. I know we have bicycles we can use but I believe they are too slow. With a scooter more area can be patrolled and officers can respond more quickly. I think we need the two wheel scooters not the 4 wheel ones the department now has. One further advantage to Scooters is the cost to the department. I believe two scooters for the 019th district would be enough for the tact and burglary teams to use as needed. Also they would be very useful for Cubs games.

Thank you for any help in this matter and if you need me to assist you in anyway to achieve this please call on me.

Anyway, I think it's great that the CPD football team is doing well. I'm few a years too old to risk the sorts of injuries that come with full contact football, but my hats off to you guys!!! In a day when police officers go IOD for 6 months from a paper cut, it's good to see some guys who aren't afraid to get a little dirty! Stay safe and good luck out there!

You should sell some merchandise to support/advertise the team!

"The Strongest" represent the garbagemen of New York City, not New Jersey. The game was played in Wildwood on the Jersey shore.

Actually, working police have much in common with the sanitation workers--we both pick up garbage.

We're armed but they can haul their garbage directly to a landfill, never to be seen again.

No recidivism.

Bring the LANDFILL to 007 and 011.
