I'm sure heroin isn't always 100% bad for you. Like when it is prescribed as a pain killer,for a legitimate medical problem, by a licensed physician.

Yes-- the Deputy chief of Franklin Park died. He was 17. Half standing up with his face in his back seat STILL holding a bag of heroin.
I heard that there are now over 90 "bad" heroin OD deaths in recent weeks. Coincidentally burglaries are down 26% in the same period. Could that heroin be that bad if it causes that much of a reduction in crime?

Ryan was my FTO for a bit. So sorry to hear what a jag he has become. Heard it a hell of a lot though. It seems every new Capt. was poisoned with the Kool Aid.

What planet did I wake up on today? How could it be on the planet Earth that anyone could possibly care if a bunch of scumbag heroine addicts have died using product? Anyone worth their weight in salt knows that these animals are responsible for most of the property crime that occurs each day. I say we give the dealers a distinguished service award for culling the herd.

i saw another post stating that property crimes ie Burglary and theft are down about 30% since the time these junkies started to OD. Is there a correlation or is it because of Operation "safe Summer"?
