Almost first! Love thoes city stickers. More strong-arming the citizens! $45 for motorcycles? $150 for your average non-commercial pick-up! Rip off...Lift the residency. Moral has never been lower on this job than it is now. I can't help but believe the corruption trial isn't helping. It was always known that the city was corrupt, but I don't think people thought it was this corrupt. This has bleed over to the police department. The police department was the one branch of government where anyone without a felony record and 60 hours of college credit could get a job without clout. People came on the department believing that things were somewhat done professionally. I believe that thought has now gone out the window. I look at all those people who showed up to take exams for city jobs only to find out now they never had a chance. Not that the cards were somewhat stacked up against them, but there was no way they would get hired.

50% of our property taxes go towards schools. Making them "nice" would be great but how do you propose doing that? By throwing more money at them? You can't educate someone who's not motivated to apply themselves - that is what's the main issue: kids that don't want to learn.

I was a Marine Reservist and my old partner had been Active Component Army. I would always blow him shit about the Army and tell him stories about what we did during drill weekends. CORRECT AND WRONG DICKHEAD, yes, you can display the new one prior to 01 July but if you take your old one off you now have NO VALID CITY STICKER. The new ones are not good until 01 July.....read the City Clerks website before you get these new guys written up by the Inspector asswipe!
