Protest Getting Bigger
- National FOP President Chuck Canterbury and State FOP President Ted Street will join Lodge #7 on Thursday, April 2, 2009 to support their brothers and sisters with a show of fraternalism. This is exactly what the FOP is all about. Please come out and show your support for them.
Also, the FOP has added at least two buses to the schedule and listed an additional stop for pick ups.

My former condo association is in the first district and I still have friends who live in that building. You'd better believe I'll be on the phone tomorrow, telling them to arrange to hold their meetings in the first district from now on. Up to now, they've paid money to a local restaurant to hold meetings there, but why do that when you can use a police station for free??

ALL sides of City Hall. the entire block, we should have the building completely surrounded.
FOP will be at Washington and LaSalle with posters etc. That is where buses will drop people off, depending on traffic etc.
It is supposed to start at 1100 but as soon as 100 or so show up they will hand out posters and start people marching.
Bring cameras and video camcorders to help protect against any type of intimidation.

This would fall under a 1st amendment investigation.If the city was to do this there is a very specific paper trail that is easy to find, thanks to the consent decree. One request under the Freedom of Information Act would expose it all. There is absolutely NO legal basis to open a 1st amendment investigation in regard to this informational picketing, and if the city was found to have "spied" on us it would have far reaching implications and might throw the department right back into another consent decree, which they don't want. So go enjoy the day, let your voices be heard and relish in the fact that this is all possible because we live in the greatest country in the world, The United Staters of America!
Reminder, please don't thank or post the names of Supervisors that come out and support us at the picketing, I"m sure they will be blackballed.

There should be a Fed. monitor thee to assure the Police Civil Rights aren't Violated. Report violations ASAP; to the Feds. Violation of your 1st Amendment Rights to peaceful Assembly, movement,and speach, without harassment of any sort. Walk right into the Fed. building and report it to them, they must investigate, by law.
