Ousted CFD Trying for the Bench
In July 2007, John Chwarzynski was removed as president of Chicago Fire Fighters Union Local 2 by an internal panel that found him guilty of violating the union's constitution and bylaws.
Eleven of the union's 13 executive board members had accused Chwarzynski of fraud, financial malfeasance and a host of other violations. Among other things, he was accused of filing a fraudulent expense report for an extravagant dinner for two at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.
Chwarzynski denied the charges, accused his union brothers of trying to "cover up their own acts of misconduct and payroll fraud" and filed a lawsuit against Local 2's executive board. The suit has since been dismissed.
Now, Chwarzynski is one of 11 candidates running for judge in a subcircuit that takes in virtually all of the Northwest Side's 36th and 38th wards, portions of six other wards and parts of roughly 10 suburbs.

Thanks very much for the notice, Mr Kugelman. With a history such as that he would make a trustworthy judge- NOT!
This tool is in my neighborhood. He defrauded the Maine South High School District, he scamed the CFD and he is now trying to get disability! He is clainming he is allergic to smoke, therefore he quantifies a disability pension. Wake up CFD, and the voting public, vote NO!!!!!!!!
If Kugelman doesn't want him something is wrong with him. Kugelman is the most loyal, supportive, guy any firefighter ever had standing behind them.
He challenged Stella Black for Water Rec., he then withdrew the challenge. Please vote for Stella Black. Stella Black is no. 1 on the ballot. She is very pro-police!!! She is a f/2/60. She is smart,
why not? this is c(r)ook county.
Unless this guy has the backing of Ed Burke, he has no chance of winning.
In "CROOK COUNTY" he actually seems perfect for the job!

I believe who is running for a spot on the bench is a police (and taxpayer) issue.

A property owner is “strictly liable” for any injury caused an invited guest to their property. Jewel is a store that invites the general public upon their property is liable and should pay this women.

After his election as CFD Union President he got his wife a job with the Secretary of State's Office. What a coincidence!!!! Hello Justice Department????? What is her qualifications??? Oh I forgot, her husband just got elected to CFD Union President. I wonder what John promised for that job for his wife? He has his wife living in a condo in Park Ridge, because he got caught sending his kids to Maine South HS w/o actually being a resident of Park Ridge. Now he spends most of his time in Park Ridge only a day or 2 at his City home. Also he is claiming he is allergic to smoke and therefore should get disability from the CFD. John also had numerous bills from restaurants and Hotels becuase of his Union work. This guy is a total tool!!!!! While he was going to John Marshall Law School (C avg) his wife would cut the grass, shovel the snow, rake the leaves, buy the groceries, bbq dinner, for the 5 yrs. it took him to graduate.
