- 008 got the bad "PENNY". Hopefully this dream of J-Fled and the nightmare of 011 and now 008 is just passing through on her next gig as "inspector" She has personally red lined a car on her own from the [confines] of her office while setting up pedicures and manicures over the department phone. Yes this over promoted, over inflated egotistical captain is still around! Like they say, a bad "penny" always turns up somewhere! Can I get a Halleluya!!!
Our condolences to 008 if this is true. We can't remember a day that didn't go by without a comment being posted by an 011 District member regarding her latest shenanigan. On the bright side, she'll probably step in the shit soon enough and get hidden away until the heat dies down. Again. Seriously, how many domestics, damage to property allegations, harassment claims, DCFS investigations, contract violations, screaming matches with subordinates and batteries complaints can one boss have without drawing the attention of downtown?

What was this story on channel 7 about an iad guy being recorded by a complainant and the court upholding her illegal recording under some exception to the law?
Sounded to me like she'd changed her story a few times and he was trying to lure her to HQ (maybe to lock her up for false reporting?) and she decided to hang the guy.

She was "nominated" for commander, I guess they figured it would look better for her to be re-promoted from patrol than an inspector. McGruff's getting bamboozled by the revs again, the goof.
Who the hell is her supervisor? I mean if she gets into this much trouble, isn't there someone that's of higher rank than her to just sit and watch how she runs things? This is kinda a big police department. Don't we have a qualified person that can handle her position? I'm sure physically someone is stronger than her. I'm also pretty sure someone is smarter than her. So what else could she have? You mean to tell me this department doesn't have anyone that came from the military that could earn our respect and we would follow their lead? WTF!
HackyMac MFs two coppers over a parking ticket in New Jersey when was a honcho at NYPD, nothing happened to him department wise either.
I can't wait to see how he handles a similar beef when it goes up the chain for review.

And I concur...The H.P.O. (Homeless Pod Operators) was some of the best shenanigans I've seen on this job. I've seen some funny shit, both on the CPD and in other jobs I've held, but this episode takes the cake.
Kind of poetic, too, seeing that Henny Penny guarded that whole pod room brain fart as if it were her first born (a first born she couldn't physically abuse)...only to show what pointless SHIT it really was when the homeless "took it over". No wonder Washington nixed that 24 hour-a-day pod room atrocity as soon as he returned.
