You can't top a Heckler & Koch MP-5 kurz. When the weather gets cooler, I carry mine concealed on a sling beneath my Burberry trenchcoat.

The main thing people dont realize is that the main idea behind the constitutional amendment, is that the people governed should and must be allowed to have access to the same type of weaponry that the government has to allow them to repel illegal government take over.
Who knew back then then that they wouldnt take our freedom with guns, they would take it with economic instability and threaten jobs and livelyhoods! That is a lot more scary than civilian gun ownership...

We want to be like China and beat them? If you look at how their Olympians are trained and how their government works, we cant do it. Hell, a weight lifting chinese medalist hadnt seen his family in 6years!
If this govenrment wants to take over the US and compete with their numbers, they have to realize that the people in this country dont have the stomach for it! We enjoy pictured items 1 and 2 way too much, as well as our freedom of choice, even if to be sheeple!

Brother I love my guns so don't think for a second I am in anyway anti gun when you read this. This statement is full of shit! Where in the world did you come up with this? If your going to make an argument make a legitimate and honest one the constitution is on our side no need to BS! The defense that the founding fathers gave us from illegal government take over is the constitution itself. A document that provides checks and balances between goverment entities which are filled by elected civilians that can be replaced. What your talking about is relevant to state militias which they felt necessary for the defense of an individual state which they saw as independent and self-governing. The right to own and keep a gun was intended for self defense and not as a way to take on the government they built and believed in deeply.

Did yo'all see the one in the news yesterday about the young man who ordered a plasma tv from Amazon.Com, sent them the money and was shipped an assault rifle instead, complete with the magazine ? He called the Feds and they quickly came and took it from him because he was not allowed to transport the weapon to them. There was no comment from Amazon.Com or Sig Sauer, the manufacturer.

My problem is, I just cannot make up my mind whether I want an F/A-18 or an Abrams tank. If they throw in a couple of nukes, I'll probably go with the aircraft.

Yes. And no.
The founding fathers did believe that the Constitution paved the way for a working government, but the Second Amendment gave it teeth.
Some confuse state militias with the National Guard, but since the NG can be federalized (they're in the 'Stan now, and that ain't a threat to any individual state), the NG isn't the state militia.
Think of the construction of the Bill of Rights. Those items appear to be pretty much written in the order in which they came to mind.

The Abrams can fire depleted uranium rounds, but at best they're tactical nukes.
The Hornet doesn't have the capability to drop strategic nukes, so stick with the Abrams.

I'm not sure if the rest of us deserve him, though.

You are incorrect.
When the Bill of Rights was incorporated into the US constitution, all able-bodied adult men were part of the militia. People back then recognized the danger of standing armies and the United States (plural) basically didn't have one. Local militias had small arms and CANONS, the biggest weapons of that age. Local militias were under local control, not the politicians in Washington or the precursor of the Pentagon.
Today people accept a professional, standing army of unimaginable destructive power, so I suppose you're right, it would be bad if the neighbors could buy all the C4 and Claymores they could afford.
History will likely prove our Founding Generation's fear of standing armies was correct. No country has EVER remained free when its government used a large standing army to spread its empire.
You're also naive. The USSR had a constitution, too. Our politicians routinely ignore ours, too.

Nope its a real Full-auto 9mm gun.The mag is correct and not an Umarex 22 rimfire version.Plus the pictured one has a short barrel and would be a SBR.
