- Little Herbie Pulgar got into some trouble tonight in 014. Got picked up for UUW (bb gun) near the area he was previously arrested for robbery.
Oh, it's only a BB gun. He wasn't up to anything bad. We're sure it was the racist police and society keeping a struggling young artist down. And in the same area where he used to rob people? Oh yeah, the media still won't talk about his extensive record that includes guns, hot cars and all sorts of interesting stuff.

To the poster that mentioned Alderman Nick Sposato- I worked with Nick on many issues when I was in 025. He was simply a concerned citizen and a fireman back then but I can tell you that he's a great guy and a huge supporter of the Police and Fire Departments. So much so that I was suprised when he won the election because as we all know, it's usually only the Machine hacks or wackjobs that win. He is probably the only Alderman in the entire City Council that earns his pay.

I have locked up people for bb guns, but I have never had the balls to call it a UUW. I guess I always had some self respect. You charge him with "replica firemarms" MCC. That is what you call it. Calling it a UUW is the equivilent of saying you caught a rapist, when all the offender did is grab a butt check at the 50 Yard Line. It's misleading and flat out douchebaggery. Some of you people seem to live off that shit though. Carry on, don't be upset when people point and laugh.

Notice how I never disagreed with you on the UUW topic..I just said you were a goof with nothing else but this job and you confirmed it with your Joe tough guy comback. Retard here...Re read what was posted Its a city charge for a person over 13.... There is no state charge for a NB gun for an adult, only state offense applies to any person under 13 having an air rifle.. Carrying a bb gun that's a look alike, which 95% of them are is a city charge uuw. It isn't a super awesome arrest but it's there to be used.
(720 ILCS 535/3) (from Ch. 38, par. 82-3)
Sec. 3. It is unlawful for any person under 13 years of age to carry any air rifle on the public streets, roads, highways or public lands within this State, unless such person under 13 years of age carries such rifle unloaded.
Hand Guns - 1982 Chicago Weapons Ordinance, passed by the Chicago City Council on March 19, 1982 (see Chicago Municipal Code 11.1 et seq. (1982), now amended and recodified at Chicago Municipal Code 8-20-010 et seq. (1990)
BB Guns/Air Guns - The Chicago City Council banned the sale and POSSESSION of air guns that resemble real firearms, taking action after the recent police shooting of a teenager who was carrying a "replica" BB gun.

What would you call it when you he gets shot because it looked like a real gun? who's the stroke?
"Citizen here, few years ago I found what I thought was a gun while I was cleaning outside, it was wrapped in a knit hat and very heavy, took it to a nearby police station as I thought maybe it had been used in a crime and they said it was a bb gun. Even my gun toting God mother had thought it was real..."
