From what I heard, a lad that the officers involved had contact carded hours earlier decides at the time of the second meeting with the two PPOs to go for bad and confront them, this time while. brandishing a handgun, firing off a couple of rounds at the PPOs before fleeing on foot. The PPOs give chase, firing off 6 rounds apiece. Miraculously, no one gets hit from all the expended rounds, and the offender is captured.
The zones on the south side were like a war zone last night.
I've never heard so many shootings.
Since the gun scare started, I've purchased a rifle and I've obtained about 1000 rounds of ammo.
Like many others, I am worried about the future availability.
I am pretty sure the gang bangers are thinking the same way. They are also hoarding guns and ammo with unprecedented zeal.
I'm doing what I normally do with my guns. Keeping them safe at home, and bringing a few to work.
The gangbangers are also doing what they normally do with theirs.
Now they have more guns and ammo then normally because they are hoarding it in response to OBAMA's bright ideas.
I wish someone would document this trend in an interview with one of these shooters. It would be nice to see that made public showing the democrats are responsible for the explosive increase in violence that is happening right now.

Please stop the pity party for these probationary police officers, because in the end that's what they are. Police Officers. If they weren't prepared for this kind of shit, then they are ill-equipped to do the job. What did they think they were signing on for? Off the subject but here's a good one with the new Ford police vehicles. If you are putting a ppo in the back seat and the vehicle gets rear ended. The ppo is going to snap his neck no head rest in the back seat.

A true bs story there buddy. The ppo's on viewed shots fired. No they didn't contact card him earlier, and no he didn't come back to confront them with a pistol. The ppo's were just at the right place at the right time, or wrong place at the wrong time depending on if your a dog ass or not.

The reason ppo's are with more experienced officers is do that they learn what won't get them killed. They learn what to look for on tug street. Scenario training us all well and good but things happen fast out there.
