Nothing Up Our Sleeve.....Presto!

  • Chicago police are investigating the death of a 58-year-old woman in the Bronzeville neighborhood who may have had a heart attack during a domestic dispute this afternoon.

Police were called to the 400 block of East 46th St. at 3:54 p.m., said Police News Affairs [...].

The woman, had what was believed to be a "fatal cardiac event" during a domestic incident, Sweeney said. Detectives were conducting a death investigation, [News Affairs] said, correcting earlier information that detectives may have been conducting a homicide investigation.
Veteran detectives we know can cite at least two instances where officers who were chasing/wrestling with offenders and suffered fatal heart attacks, the offender was then charged with their murder. A "fatal cardiac event" in the commission of another crime is a "homicide" then, isn't it? But if the Department counts it, we'll definitely be over the March 2013 totals.

Crime is down, don't do anything to unjustifiably raise it. Let sleeping June Bugs lie.

yep and mcsharpshooter took a break from his busy schedule to promote his hollywood appearance in that cnn propaganda film which we understand as funded by the cities corporate partner allstate -- titled chicagoland.

we put a plan together, executed it and it's working he said.

however, you will notice that these speeches no longer talk about a year over year sequential drop in crime. nope. crime is compared to the peak in 2012 as they say crime is down as the corporate wgn media paints a glorious success story.

[don't f--k with that political campaign advertising money as your near bankrupt operation needs it badly i guess]

The Supt. of Police deserves accolades for reducing crime and ending a crime wave. Is there any way the City can give him a significant bonus for his good works?

The CPD can be proud of itself for reducing crime/murder in the city. Hard work pays off.

So, the police respond to a domestic and ask what happened and the 21 year old says he beat grandma cause she was hiding the pot pies on him. The 15 year old brother said "she had it coming". I heard it myself.

Direction as to classification must be taken directly from the latest FBI UCR guidelines, page 29 (dated June 20, 2013);

"Situations in which a victim dies of a heart attack as the result of a crime are not classified as criminal homicide. A heart attack cannot be caused at will by an offender. Even in instances where an individual is known to have a weak heart, there is no assurance an offender can cause sufficient emotional or physical stress to guarantee that the victim will suffer a fatal heart attack."

The media gives a crap about the crime numbers. McNumb nuts picks some small window in time stat that fits his need and runs with it. The media eats it up because he's the hand chosen flunky from New York, who spews Comstat crap. Never does he say crime is up.

The sheep buy it. The feds fail to call him out. They have the real stats. No one gives a rats ass.

The department buries a homicide or two as a death investigation. Meritorious bosses pat themselves on the back when they hold down the homicide count so the news media does not pounce on the fact that March 2014 will have more homicides then the record March of 2013.

Gawd...

Rahm & McWhiskeyShits have the crime stats gyrating and twirling like a pole dancer off on some crack and no-doze...

"WHOOOO! Watch THIS y'all!"
>CRASH!<

Speaking of running away from a big mess...

Feds sniffing around the wreckage McCarthy left in Newark = Gus Miniotis deciding a couple weeks ago to get little like a m/fer?

Kinda like...

>Drive squad around the corner JUST in time to see one shit-head hand a pistol to another<

O_o? o_O?

>Stifle impulse to accelerate and squash the two of them deader than dooky-bugs under the squad<

Goodness!

Is stupidintendent from central casting's insulation being burned away?

And is Rahm's narrow ass feeling the heat?

♪Seeee how they run!♪
aka "Never let a crisis go to waste."

Wait for it... Some really funny shit might just happen.

Was Gus a feeb plant?
>Snicker!<

Why else would a ridin' high m/fer suddenly remember he left his hat somewhere... Else...

These m/fers are nothing if they're not fucking funny to watch.

"You old cops are just too damned CYNICAL! We don't like your attitude!"

I'm so glad you are so sharp as to pick this up since McCarthy has come to Chicago. He must be a genius to have thought how to statistically hold down crime. You would think of some prior supts would have thought of that.
Oh! surprise, it has been going on since the day I came on the job which was a long time ago. How about no robbery, just a theft and battery, no attempt auto theft, just criminal damage to auto. no one here just invented the wheel. Reducing crime on paper has been going on for a long time.

I am truly shocked by these turn of events. Especially after all these years of prior police bosses honestly reporting crime and not trying to reduce crime on paper.

The original story said nothing about the nature of the "domestic dispute." So...if her hubby yells at her and she dies it's criminal? Good luck with that.
