"Not Weed"
- A 21-year-old Lincoln man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana after deputies found a 16-ounce container labeled "Not Weed" under the front passenger's seat.
Lancaster County Sheriff's deputies stopped the driver near Eighth and K streets about 9 p.m. Saturday.
During a search, the sheriff's office found the plastic sour cream container with 11.4 grams of marijuana. The driver said it belonged to him and was cited.

Staggering around in a "NOT DRUNK" T-shirt gets you cut loose too, huh?
The search and seizure was obviously tainted and should be thrown out. The officers had no reason to search the container, as it was clearly labelled as "not weed." The poor innocent defendant should sue the fascist police department for false arrest and illegal search and seizure.

That was the same guy that got suspended from grammar school for forging a note from his parent to cover his absence.

Maybe he figured the coppers were not well educated and would believe what the container says! That's funny stuff SCC, needed a laugh!
