A Description....and a Sketch??
- A search is underway for a man police are calling “very dangerous” after they say he stabbed and sexually assaulted a woman during a home invasion Saturday afternoon in southwest suburban Willowbrook.
The victim, a woman in her 20s, was loading her vehicle in a driveway in the 700 block of 73rd Court at 1:11 p.m. Saturday when a dark blue Nissan Altima, possibly a 2006, pulled up and a man approached her and asked for money, Willowbrook police said during a news conference Sunday.
She refused and went into the home, but the man began knocking on a side door and asking to use her phone. He then forced his way inside, where a struggle ensued and she was stabbed multiple times with an unknown sharp object, police said.
Additionally, Deputy Chief Mark Altobella confirmed there were reports of her being sexually assaulted and said he has heard nothing to doubt those reports. The woman remains in intensive care at a local hospital, her family said.
And the story provides a detailed description along with a sketch artist's drawing of the offender. It's been a long time since we've seen anything like that. We're sure Jesse is drafting a letter to the editor right now.

NBC showed the sketch, then said it was an African American Male......wow, it must have hurt them to say that. Since DNA shows ALL humans originally came from someplace in Africa, shouldn't we all call ourselves African American... is that PC?
The sketch is such a stereotypical generic young black male, as to be almost useless. The only thing it will do is heighten racial tensions. Better to rely on physical evidence and good detective work to apprehend to evildoer, and bring him to justice.
Isn't that the homeless guy with that deep voice who got a job in radio went viral. Wait it can't be him he's black.

Yeah but why did it take them so long to put that out there? Why did the television stations not put the description out there when thet had it from the get go. And don't tell me they didn't have it. They did. Not the drawing but they had the description.

Not that the public doesn't already know this, but the socialists don't want them to see it in print. This was bad. News radio reporting that the poor woman is "unrecognizable," but it's still "Go to our web site if you want a description of the offender."
I believe Willowbrook PD found the offender's car, towed it off the street last night. Keep workin it, guys.
Somebody's going to have some splainin to do... giving out all those details on an African American suspect.

just read the local crime section of the SCUMTIMES for monday and every offender but 1 couple was M/1..both for chicago and adjacent cities. But BLACKLIVESMATTER..for whom.

Dude wasn't worried about racial tensions when he home invaded, robbed, and sexually assaulted a white woman.
It does seem odd that the newspapers are reluctant to state the race, yet they are quick to describe the outfit worn by a mother (East Chatham killing yesterday): 'after the two ambulances left, a woman in a black hairnet, dressed in dark pants, a T-shirt with Winnie-the-Pooh characters and orange shoes, walked up'.
The cynic in me sees the "liberal food chain" at work here - a sexually-assaulted female trumps a black male, and so the sketch and description are made public.
The back story,as noted over in TrueNews, is that NBC got the sketch from that website! The blogger points to several features to make his point.
I'd love to get my hands on this scum. Fuck the station, straight to my basement! No mercy for fucks like this, just a slow (like 30 days or more depending) excruciating end to their waste of a life! Sounds more like justice to me
Channel 9 news showed the sketch but refused to give the race of the suspect. They did give the height, weight, hair and other descriptors but just couldnt bring themselves to give the race. Why not? Isnt race a very important descriptor? Not if you are more interested in being politically correct than helping the public stay safe.
Sometimes the mainstream slips up and lets a little truth out by accident. We caught the Trib doing it a few months ago when they published Board member Steve Chapman's piece on poor kids' "small brains." Whoops!
