Shooting at Division and Keeler
Police use liquor bottles found nearby to stop evidence markers from blowing away at the scene of a shooting that left two wounded near West Division Street and North Keeler Avenue on Aug. 24, 2015. (Megan Crepeau, Chicago Tribune)
The 71-year-old was shot in the ankle during the same incident and was taken to Mount Sinai, where his condition had stabilized, police said.
All kidding aside, we're pretty sure the elderly aren't out there representing and slinging dope, but that's 3 senior citizens shot in what, three days? Let's put this in a way that even the mayor can understand:
- these people go to church, they vote, and they're getting shot.
Time for a shake-up Rahm.
