Cleveland Cop Cleared
Once again, a legit, thorough investigation exonerates the police:
- A white Cleveland police officer was justified in fatally shooting a black 12-year-old boy holding a pellet gun moments after pulling up beside him, according to two outside reviews conducted at the request of the prosecutor investigating the death.
A retired FBI agent and a Denver prosecutor both found the rookie patrolman who shot Tamir Rice exercised a reasonable use of force because he had reason to perceive the boy — described in a 911 call as man waving and pointing a gun — as a serious threat.
The reports were released Saturday night by the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office, which asked for the outside reviews as it presents evidence to a grand jury that will determine whether Timothy Loehmann will be charged in Tamir's death last November.
Better cross Cleveland off the list of "cities to visit" for the next few years.

His partner did not do Timothy Loehmann any favors by driving right up to the kid. WTF is the officer supposed to do when he is five fucking feet from someone with a #%$$*&$ gun!?!? Timothy Loehmann pulled the trigger, but the officer that drove right up to the reported gunman killed him.

That case was all piss poor tactics by the Officer driving the squad. WTF would you go on a man with a gun call and pull up right on top of the guy with your partner getting out of the squad only a few feet away from the armed subject and absolutely zero time to make any decision? Plus, it isn't as if your squad is invisible, the armed guy can see you pulling up right on top of him and he's decided what he is going to do. He can shoot your partner before your partner can even open the door. That driver is a total MORON and not someone I want to work with EVER!

May our law enforcement brother get his life back in order. The stress associated with this incident has probably cost you years on your life. You good name, your reputation and your standing in society has been tarnished. Your life flashed in front of your eyes looking at a weapon in the hands of an armed offender. You cannot second guess your on the spot decision for self defense. This isn't a football game with a timeout for further review allowing the play to be overturned. You had to do what you had to do and thank God you went home safely to your family. You have been sacrificed on the liberal altar of progressivism and an agenda of anti police propaganda. Cleared by two experts.... Not a grand jury of citizens. Trust me, he will get indicted. He might not get found guilty, but he will be indicted
This is literally why I went to days. I'm so tired of working with idiot cop partners. Makes no sense that you go to a man with a gun call and pull up on top of the offender. WTF driver.
Now Michael Brown, Freddie Gray and Tamir Rice can work the great big tip in the sky together. However I don't think they went upward and more likely are sharing a tube of Unguentine ointment together as they rot. We all sleep safer with these three in holes in the ground.
The rush to judgment in these recent cases is just disgusting, and Obama is to blame for a lot of it. He needs to stay out of it, and keep his mouth shut. Let the locals handle it, until such time as they prove too incompetent to make an informed decision.

Didn't the city already cut a check to the bereaved family of the deceased? What else do they want. Obvious little Tamir was worth a lot more dead than alive. Fact is you could execute this officer and pay them the $millions and they still wouldn't be satisfied. Why even try.
Fucking driver coulda got himself and his partner killed if that had been a real gun held by a shithead ready to go. Really fucked his partner too, like being dropped through the ceiling into a small room with someone waving a pistol looking at you! from one cop to another.. you sir, are the reason we are hated by almost everyone.. and for good reason. I agree 100 percent that ALL lives matter. I dont care if its a thug or not. Not just "police lives matter." typical copper, arrogant and self important. I took this job to get a good steady paycheck, good benefits and so i could stop working in the construction industry busting my behind everyday and getting seasonal layoffs. I cant believe some of the people on this job.. crybabies and whiners. Alot of guys on this job have no clue what a hard and crappy job really is. if they actually would have worked a hard job sometime in their life... not a highschool or college job but a real job as your profession they would appreciate this job.. but nope, a bunch of whiners and self important scum. 6 more years and I hit 29 years and 57 years old and im leaving.. no more of the puds on this job.
I remember when I was a kid I had a toy gun that looked like a .38. I was probably around 9 or 10 and used to play cops with friends. When a beat car would come down the block I'd put the thing down on the ground because I didn't want the cop thinking it was real and risk getting my head blown off. Nobody told me to do this, it was just common sense and this was before orange caps went on the things.wonder who bought it for him. Nowadays? With an even more real looking pistol? Sorry kid, wish ya had more common sense or better parents.
Okay supercop, how would you respond? Engage him from a distance? Shoot further than 25 yards (where accuracy drops by 50%)? I can assume both officers saw the gunmen from a distance and came up with that plan. I agree with questioning. However, second guess after you have all the facts from all the parties.
