Mope-rah Stirs the Pot

Here's one media type who is just praying for a riot:
  • I don’t know how any white person could look at the video of a Chicago police officer shooting Laquan McDonald and think the 17-year-old deserved what he got.

    Please, explain that to me.

Because whenever I hear a white person say what happened to McDonald was horrible, then add: “McDonald should have dropped the knife,” I cringe.
Because the truth hurts we guess. While the rest will be sorted out in a court of law, the sad fact remains that if there is no knife, no burglarizing cars, no frantic 911 calls, no stabbing squad cars, well....no shooting.

But Mopey doesn't stop there:
  • Since when did it become acceptable for police officers to use deadly force against someone who is not posing a threat to the officers or anyone else?
Um...knife is a threat Mopey. All the books, scenarios, case law, etc say so.
  • What happened to using Tasers?
Um...none on the scene and not 100% effective. Not only that, every police district is lucky to have one per two-man car due to maintenance, lack-of-training, etc, but you wouldn't know that unless you actually researched it, would you?
  • And were patrol officers so out of shape they couldn’t detain a teen armed with a 3-inch knife?
And there goes Mopey with the fat-shaming of the entire CPD - this is what passed for opinion journalism nowadays.

Mopey, you ignorant slut.

We'll make the offer that has been made before to Mopey:
  • We will supply you with a vest, radio, and hat (can't forget the hat!). We will provide you with a duty rig with handcuffs, OC spray, Taser, baton (wood or metal) and a fully loaded 9mm weapon of your choice in a retention holster...a full 20 pounds of equipment, give or take a few.

We will give you the Illinois Compiled Statutes regarding Deadly Force situations along with the CPD Use of Force order and the Use of Force model. We'll supply you an Academy instructor to sound out the longer words and a qualified lawyer to explain the legal mumbo-jumbo.

Then, on a dark road or alley of our choosing, we will await your arrival with a 3-inch folding knife. To win, you have to successfully disarm and handcuff us using the tools at your disposal within 30 seconds or you lose. You cannot violate the law or the CPD policy or you lose. You cannot use excessive force or put the cuffs on too tightly or we will complain and you lose. We will even sign a waiver that if you get a bullet into us, we won't complain...but you still lose.

Oh, and if we stab you, you lose, too. If we stab you more than once, well, those are just the risks you take.
Here's a bit of advice - bet on the out-of-shape copper. You couldn't do this job on a bet. And your ignorant posturing makes you part of the problem.

I don't know why nobody mentions that this asshole was never actually being detained by civilians. He was swinging a knife at the people who initially dialed 911 when they were trying to yell at him to leave the cars alone. They were met with growling and knife swinging. Both stated that he was swinging it with intent to seriously injure or kill. I'd love to hear the radio traffic after the initial interaction with the first unit.

The other cops on the scene tried to help Van Dyke out in their reports but may end up ruining their careers and hurting their families. The only obligation you have is protect yourself and your family.

Officer Van Dyke will be found not guilty, and will not be indicted by the Feds..

"A police officer may not seize an unarmed, non dangerous suspect by shooting him dead...however...Where the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a threat of serious physical harm, either to the officer or to others, it is not constitutionally unreasonable to prevent escape by using deadly force."

    — Justice Byron White, Tennessee v. Garner[3]

Laquan McDonald was burglar armed with a knife. He fled the police, resisting arrest while threatening pursuing officers with said knife. He was an immediate threat to the officers and public safety. The officers had an immediate sworn duty to stop the threat and arrest the offender. The officers had no duty to retreat, and no duty to meet Laquan McDonald's threat of deadly force with lesser force. Case closed.

Not sure I agree with 100% of the post but I don't need to. The fact is that when reporters and other civilians have been invited to take part in shoot/don't shoot training they invariably come away with a whole new understanding. In all seriousness, they need to get that invitation.

As for this incident, I don't know if I would have shot. But that does not mean it was necessarily improper, either. Monday morning quarterbacks need to know that officers must make split second decisions on the spot that need to be reviewed from that perspective and not from a sanitized ivory tower.

SCC: This editorial is worth a separate post. FINALLY someone says what needs to be said.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    KENOSHA NEWS EDITORIAL:
OUR VIEW: How not to react to a traffic ticket

Veronica King, president of the local chapter of the NAACP, had her day in court Wednesday in a dispute over a speeding ticket.

The result was a reduction of the obstructing justice charge originally issued after she ignored warnings from a police officer, but she was still convicted of speeding and impeding traffic by disobeying a police officer.

And she was scolded by the judge.

And her statements in court reinforced the impression given by the original police report that she acted irresponsibly in numerous ways.

And she no doubt disappointed anyone who should have expected her to model appropriate behavior in interactions with police.

King was issued a speeding ticket on Sept. 13 for driving 44 mph in a 25 mph construction zone. Officer Nicholas Benvenuto of the Kenosha Police Department said she was uncooperative when she found out she would get a ticket, not a warning. He said she got out of her vehicle, and said “I don’t have to listen to you.”

Benvenuto said he warned her more than eight times to get back into her vehicle, a van that was being used to transport special-needs adults. When she refused, she was arrested.

In court Wednesday, witnesses backed up the police officer’s account and said King had shouted at the officer and acted inappropriately.

Pleasant Prairie Municipal Judge Richard Ginkowski was critical of King for her behavior in court, including interrupting her own attorney, and for statements she made that he described as “incredible.”

“Some of the testimony was not reasonable and it didn’t make sense,” Ginkowski said.

King, 53, said she didn’t get back into the van because of her arthritis. She said she couldn’t have been speeding because, at 4-feet-11 inches tall, her feet couldn’t press that far on the pedal. If either of those things were true, she shouldn’t have been driving a transport van.

People contest speeding tickets all the time. It’s usually done in municipal court, however, not on the street by shouting at a police officer.

King’s actions were almost the exact opposite of what a responsible person should do in her situation. No parent would instruct a new driver to respond that way to a police officer after a traffic stop. For a person in authority with an organization that sometimes is a liaison between the police and the minority community, it was beyond irresponsible.

I wouldn't expect a person that hasn't gone through Taser certification to know this, but Taser doesn't recommend using their product in deadly force situations. If we use a Taser against someone who's exhibiting the potential for great bodily harm or death, then we are actually going against our training and rules. The same training and rules that have passed legal muster. Tasers are a great addition to our police "tool belts," but they are not perfect weapons and they certainly do not work every time for a number of different reasons. Plus, something that I haven't seen pointed out yet regarding the McDonald shooting is that since he was under the influence of PCP, if he did get tasered, he might very well have been at risk for Excited Delirium. Then the uproar would have been, "Why did the police use a Taser on him? Couldn't the police have just used Steven Seagal hand-to hand combat to disarm him. Or used a rolled-up magazine like Jason Bourne and knocked the knife out of his hand?"

Unfortunately for Laquan, he didn't just drop the knife for whatever reason. If he did that one simple thing, he probably would've been tackled to the ground, handcuffed, and taken to the nearest hospital for a psych evaluation based on his odd behavior.

What Adrenalin (not to mention PCP) Can Do --

Armed teenager running toward school shot by police officer

Published December 05, 2015 Associated Press

"KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Wichita police say a black 17-year-old who was shot by a white police officer as he ran with a gun toward a high school gymnasium was a documented gang member who was registered as a student at the school.

"A 20-year veteran of the police department fired several shots at the unnamed teen...after the youth ignored repeated warnings to stop.

"The incident happened after officers stopped a pickup truck as it was pulling into the parking lot of West High School around 6:30 p.m. Friday. Officers had been watching the truck after it left a Wichita home where police were told suspects in a double homicide earlier in the week might be located.

"Four males were in the pickup truck when it was stopped in the parking lot, and one of them got out and started running, the chief said.

"After being shot, the teen ran for about 100 yards before surrendering to police...treated at the scene before being taken to a local hospital in critical but stable condition..."

    http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/12/05/armed-teenager-running-toward-school-shot-by-police-officer/?intcmp=latestnews

Our LaQuan was picked up in the headlights on one dash cam, running like crazy. Why? Who is to say that the night watchman back in that truck lot would not have been found later, with his throat cut?

Dear Oprah: If you read these comments, prepare to cringe. I'm a civilian like you. I'm white, and here goes - McDonald should have dropped the knife.

I also said this to my two teenage sons recently, and a black friend of mine, who told me he's afraid he's going to get shot:

    1. Don't use drugs, go in public, and have a knife with you.
    2. Don't use drugs.
    3. If you are EVER stopped by a cop, know your rights, but do what he says. Even if he's wrong.
    4. If you're driving and pulled over by a cop. Put your hands on the steering wheel. If you're a passenger, put your hands on your lap. Don't make any sudden moves. Make eye contact with him. Say "hello officer". Cops are human too, they want to go home after their shift. Don't make them think you're going to kill them.

I think if people use common sense, they will extremely reduce their likely hood of getting shot by a cop.

Lastly, I do think the cop over reacted in shooting McDonald. He's human. But I ALSO do think the kid should have dropped the knife. He should have followed my number one or two and he'd still be alive today.

As a black man who was born and raised in the projects my interactions with the Chicago Police have been varied. Bottom line it is a tough gig. No doubt. Paperwork and split second decisions. But correct is that not a choice? And regarding this case, I will say this and have no problem saying this. If you are armed and the cops are chasing you down, you deserve what is going to happen. Period. If you decide to struggle and fight a armed cop, that is your ass. Period. Also there is no such thing as one shot either to the knees. This is not TV. You got shot dead. The frustration with this case is the lies. The cops lied on the initial report, still refuse to admit that. If a regular citizen lies guess what, we get time immediately, no bond and life fucked up. Hell we lose our vehicle and its impounded for dumb shit. We expect more from the police in that matter. The other shit, hey, I have never fought or struggled with cops. Even had a gun pointed in my face. I am glad nothing happened. Have a good day and hopefully the city can get over this bullshit because it is class and race war created by the media.

The liberal media is on an agenda. They keep reminding the public that the other officer's written reports contradict what happened on the video. The media wants every officer that submitted a false report charged with a crime and fired. Get ready for round two where the officers may face disciplinary actions. I fear that because of the intense liberal media scrutiny they may all be fired also. Or worse face obstruction of justice charges.

We all know it was for Anita's political reasons. We all know it makes us (police) less safe. How about it? It's about time we get our case out in front of the public. Is it time for the police to begin suing?

    12/05/2015 10:49:00 AM

    ----------------------------------------------------

Only a guess but I doubt he could sue the CCST office but should be able to sue the moron that punched him. It might take some time to get any money but, ok, "maybe", sooner or later that mutt will have some kind of income that can be garnished.

    12/05/2015 05:22:00 PM

If the Judge or DA did something illegal or inappropriate, then they can still be held accountable. They cannot "horsetrade" political favors with elected officials and hide behind prosecutorial immunity. The incident was captured on film. His injuries we documented.

Also, if the rumor is true that the offender is in a carnal relationship with an alderman's daughter, and that alderman illegally influenced the judicial process to protect him, that would be Official Misconduct, a felony.

Where are the Feds? Imagine a copper trying to influence a judge or DA to get his daughter's boyfriend out of a felony!

What does the FOP say? If Lodge 7 is too scared or too corrupt, this should be brought to the State or National Lodges. This is serious business. I know nobody wants to cross a powerful black alderman, but YOU could be next.

Under the best conditions you're going to get a major league ass kicking in order to get you under control in and cuffs, and in the worst case -- like for not dropping a goddamn weapon when ordered to do so -- is gonna get you fucking shot, and more than likely, shot dead. As unlike in New York, Chicago Cops hit their intended target. Which would be *you*, the stupid dumb-ass who didn't listen to the cops.

(The NYPD has the worst record when it comes to collateral damage when they fire at a suspect. I think a lot of that is do to that stupid 11# trigger spring mod from the factory 5# spring -- it's gonna screw up your aim. Thankfully, McFired never instituted that here)

This case is terrible and never should of happened, the first officers on the scene should of taken action. These officers allowed McDonald to attack their police vehicle and did absolutely nothing, said they were waiting for a taser. Cowards or dogs who didn't want to be the police and the end result is an officer who over reacted because of their failed actions. The detectives apparently never watched the video and their paper is way off and hurts the officer and the other officers listed as witnesses. I would assume the justice department will have a field day with our style of investigating police related shootings. The depolicing of CPD has created this monster and now isn't the time to be the police, kill them with the pen not the sword.

This is exactly where the community disconnect occurs. Nothing in that video remotely matches the statements put forth by the officers on the scene. Yet, most of you are defending the actions of Van Dyke. If he felt so justified in his actions, why all the lies? That's not a different perspective, those are blatant lies. The most dangerous person out there that night wasn't Laquan McDonald, it was Jason Van Dyke. His behavior damaged us all as officers. And what has he done to the career of those who felt obligated to corroborate his lies?

Many were savvy enough to Google the knife attack videos available. Some were just happy to have a police officer standing between them and a guy that would have killed someone had he been allowed to continue on. Maybe the world is waking up.

That being said, the politicians that are running things will never go that route. They will crucify the Department and the coppers involved. The vast majority of the citizens in the city believe in law and order. Do they vote?

Laquan McDonald is far from being an innocent victim here, when his egregious behavior precipitated this deadly encounter. Do we as police officers make bad decisions sometimes? Yes, but to blatantly misrepresent the truth is beyond stupid. As sworn police officers, we are held to the highest degree of standards, so when our actions contrasts these very standards, it makes us no better than the criminals we arrest. JVD may or may not be convicted of murder, but you can be assured that all the officers involved will be fired. I will never lie to cover another officers ass. The paper doesn't match the video. You could write paper like Shakespeare. But if there's video proof, and you're lying, you're doomed.

The other cops on the scene tried to help Van Dyke out in their reports but may end up ruining their careers and hurting their families. The only obligation you have is protect yourself and your family.

    12/06/2015 12:47:00 AM

So the paper doesn't match the video...SO WHAT. The paper was written based in the officers recollection after a traumatic incident. Studies have shown that immediately after a traumatic incident, the brain remembers what it wants to remember. It's a brain, not a video recorder. Hindsight is always 20/20. At the time they did not have the benefit of the video and even if they did, you wan the officers to describe what they saw, felt, and how they reacted not make the stuff up based on a video.
There's a big difference when it comes to how an officer felt at the time of the shooting versus narrating a play by play based on a video.

I spent many years on this job and retired a few years back. We were trained that an armed offender with a knife could kill you in a split second, and for officers now who have the level 3 holster, well this could prove fatal. but you will never ever be able to persuade any judge or jury of that fact. most jurors who will be picked have already been tainted and it will be impossible to get a fair trial. but the stage has been set already, acquit Van Dyke and we will riot and wreck the city. This even has Black officers getting ready to square off with their white brothers in blue.

A south suburban PO (an M1 incidentally) was confronted by a elderly M2 armed with a knife, although the race of either doesn't and shouldn't matter. He was instructed by his commander to fire beanbag rounds to immobilize the offender who subsequently died. The officer who used less than lethal force was indicted and charged. Use of force experts hired by the prosecution admitted that lethal force was justified in this incident. Use of less than lethal force was apparently the wrong action to take and resulted in charges, and that lethal force would have been justified. Unbelievable that this was brought to trial but the victim, the officer, was acquitted . VD needs to get Terry Ekl on the case. This current incident resulted soley from the felonious actions of the offender and lethal force was clearly justified.

How about at least a few videos in which officers are verbally and physically berated and attacked to counter the only kind of video we seem to see now? Of course you cringe when people say "he should have dropped the knife"

The FACT that he was wielding, and refused to drop a deadly weapon is why the Police were justified in shooting him dead. And I don't care that he was shot 1 time or 16 times or 1600 times, dead is dead.

This city has a LOT of serious problems, the ENTIRE west and south sides are dangerous ghetto war zones where kids have to be escorted by guards to and from school on "safe passage zones", the politicians have us mired in impossible debt, we hire government employees based on race so many of them are functionally illiterate and waste vast sums of money we don't have, our roads and bridges are falling apart, section 8 vouchers are turning the suburbs into ghettos, red light and school zone cameras mail us unfair inaccurate $100 tickets, we have an UNBELIEVABLE illegal alien infestation considering we're nowhere near the Mexican border, wealthy White people are fleeing in droves, businesses are fleeing Crook County, and our pussy "republican" governor said publicly that he "CRIED" when he saw the mcdonald shooting video.

There are LOTS of problems in Chicongo but the cops are not one of them, they risk their lives trying to police a war zone.

One thing is certain, though. If you park your car in the city laquan mcdonald won't break into it and rob you.

    OT, but...

Media making a big deal that the video shows no apparent "lunge." But didn't Slick Willy once offer as an excuse, "It depends on what the meaning of "is" is."?

What is a lunge? Go back and look at the video. McD is walking a shallow angle away from the officer. Watch his feet relative to the dotted centerline. It appears that just before he was shot his path changed from angling across the line to walking along it. This happened at almost exactly the same point he came abreast of the officer.

Is it conceivable that when a person's movement suddenly changes from increasing the separation distance to maintaining it that it could be perceived as a lunge, especially when the person is relatively near, carrying a lethal weapon, acting erratically and the adrenaline is flowing?

The media and talking heads have an agenda and see what they want to see. The fact that they gloss over details is on them. We should be better than that.

    Here's a thought...

About the timeline of Laquan's jacked up on PCP wacko behavior before he goes prancing off brandishing a knife. We have seen homicides, usually stemming from domestic disturbances or neighbor disputes where the offender first damages the victim's prize possession, often a car. He would then go on to kill the victim or if introverted himself.

That seems to be what Laquan did here. He slashes the tire of a police vehicle, the police know who he is and he has stated in his drug induced mind FUCK THE POLICE! CATCH ME IF YOU CAN I'M GONNA KILL YOU IF YOU DO.

This wasn't just CDTV, or a prank, this was a statement of his deadly intent.

This could be an important point in JVD's defense.

If that is the case they have every intention to fire every officer that submitted reports that contradicted the video. RULE 14 VIOLATIONS across the board boys and girls. They've already downloaded your vehicles GPS and have requested that Caboodle records not be deleted to help coroborate their case against the witness officers. Things are going to get really ugly.

Don't forget the detectives and their cut-and-paste supplementary reports. Almost makes you think all these guys dropped paper before they even looked at the video. Dumb. Dumb. Dumb. JVD might not be the only one going to prison what all is said and done and the dust settles. But yet there will be no shortage of dummies sticking their neck out for this shitty ass department city and its constituents that don't give a rats ass whether we live or die.

Mine: When he dropped the knife, the shooting should stop. Since he didn't, the officers had no call to stop shooting. Always, always, always, have an imminent threat of death with an armed suspect.

    12/06/2015 02:41:00 AM
    _______

Van Dyke has already been indicted.

Van Dyke has already been fired.

There are allegations that the reports do not match the video, perjury (evidence of premeditation).

The other officers are going to be put through the ringer, probably fired.

You are obviously NOT law enforcement and never had to face someone jacked up on PCP or anything stronger than Napa Valley Chardonnay.

PCP was determined by the autopsy. From my experience dealing with people on PCP and the reports and videos from this incident a couple of things can be determined. This knife wielding offender was not acting normally, he was breaking in cars and went to slice the tire of a police vehicle. Why? He could have used the time to escape. He goes running knife in hand and when confronted by overwhelming force does he drop the knife? NO!

Now where was Liquan's parents? Why was he not home studying for a geometry exam?

Ok boy and girls it is time to start hiring attorneys, not the ones from FOP.

With the FBI and Department of Justice coming to investigate the Chicago Police Department this is going to get dirty. And I will bet the Supervisors are already getting their stories together. (Remember they never go after the boss signing off on the reports)

Just remember the Cozzi incident over a prisoner being slapped while in a wheelchair
that got Cozzi fired and jailed for a Civil rights violation. (They did not fire General Patton for doing the same to a Private)

Now there are a group of officers that gave reports regarding this shooting that lead to the closing of the investigation as CLEARED Justifiable Homicide.
But the video shows none of what these officers claim to have happened.
Look the IPRA Chief has just resigned, The Superintendent resigned, In the past few months the 1st Deputy Retired, The IAD Chief retired.

Those FBI guys are going to be calling each witness and Detective in allowing them to explain themselves regarding this incident. (This is going to get crazy)

As they say here on SCC they keep arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. But it now looks like they are sailing away in the life boats and the last one left must turn the lights off.

Take heed you young chargers, IAD is not your friend. IPRA is not your friend.
FBI is not your friend. And BEWARE of the Supervisor you know that approaches you asking you about your past statements either written or oral........

We put a disclaimer before writing To/From, writing this document under duress. Those officers did not get an opportunity to review the video to refresh their traumatized memories. Those of you joining in the public lynching for this, shame on you.

Secondly, a burglary is not a forcible felony. Shooting Laquan after he is on the ground is the real issue. Adrenaline and the totality of the entire incident provide more rationale reason for why that occurred.

The Union should be formulating a response to this, the public should be asked to reflect on the question of how much time can you give a suspect to peacefully give up before you have to take action. The responding units had been trying to stop Laquan for two blocks. What if he ran into the Burger King? What if he injured or killed people in there? What if the police pursued him inside and then had to use deadly force? Would there have been collateral damage? How does the media observe Laquan walking away from police when the camera shows he is clearly not walking away in the opposite direction of JVD and his partner?

In the meantime, we will suffer greatly and the decent people in the poor neighborhoods of this city will suffer greatly as well. For some reason the left believes that police work is an exact science and the media has moved in for the kill. God help us all, St. Jude truly is the most appropriate patron for us. This is a hopeless cause.

    >>at what point in time did law enforcement determine that he was under the influence of PCP?

It's not a matter of toxicology, it's a matter of behavior. Felonious property damage, fleeing from police, being armed, and acting as if you don't even care about your own safety (walking in street) and remaining armed while law enforcement is surrounding you; that's a good indication that the knife might be put to use.

    >>at what point in time was the officers in imminent danger of possible death or injury?

Here let me cut you. Besides that, "imminent danger" isn't a legal criterion. But it's not like MAKING SHIT UP is particularly rare with these situations.

    >>at what point in time was any citizen in imminent danger of bodily harm or threat of death?

Let's wrap it up with Tenn. vs. Garner:

    >>Law enforcement officers pursuing an unarmed suspect may use deadly force to prevent escape only if the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others.

"Probable cause to believe." "Significant threat."

"Imminent danger" isn't the wording. Those are your words. Your make-believe words.

Provides that on or before January 1, 2017, the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board shall adopt rules requiring liability insurance for law enforcement officers and rules providing minimum standards for psychological evaluations for officers including, but not limited to, satisfactory psychological evaluations before serving as an officer and satisfactory psychological evaluations every 5 years. Amends the State Police Act making similar changes for State police officers. Effective immediately.

Face it, it was a BAD shooting, and the possibility of more then just one officer is going to get slap for this is imminent!

About a second before the point of impact. It's that fast

You either are a lawyer or had the good fortune of studying under real professors.

You narrowed in on the key issue, despite all of the distractions. Your answer is correct.

    You get an A +.

I'm an untrained civilian, but I'd like to try. I'm also out of shape. I'd want a few practice rounds of some kind, but I'd still like to try. I'd probably lose because I'd tend to shoot, but maybe not.

How about this for a shocker?

HB 4349 - Amends the Illinois Police Training Act.

I'd like to know what company is going to sell liability insurance to police officers. I don't believe any product like this exists. They would go broke in a week, or the premiums would be so high as to be unaffordable for most officers. Someone please correct me if I am wrong here.

Does anyone else think Escalante is a bit out of his league?? The guy is a nice of enough guy but does not have the mentality of a politician. He is a fish without water. I suspect he didn't even want the "promotion".

Give me a break. We all weep buckets for him.
Hey, what was his dept position during the latest Koschman debacle?
And what was his job during the McDonald investigation?
Somebody should look up his on-air interviews and review his comments.

Look up Graham Vs. Connor decision....Van Dyke walks..... Graham v. Connor decision (the seminal Supreme Court case that examines an officer’s use of force from the perspective of a reasonable officer on the scene taking into account the totality of circumstances and not judged with the 20/20 vision of hindsight)

I think Standard Mutual, Farmers or Dairyland had much better $1Million dollar umbrella policy rates in the range of $3-4 hundred a year.

"If you're driving and pulled over by a cop, turn on the dome light and put your hands on the steering wheel. If you're a passenger, put your hands on top of the dash or the seat back in front of you. Don't make any sudden moves. Make eye contact with him. Say "Hello, officer." Cops are human too, they want to go home after their shift. Don't make them think you're going to kill them."

Make the man's day, and your own, a little easier. It will be appreciated.

So the other officers on the scene must not be reasonable?

Hey 0424 in Illinois they used to have some legal thing called Tenancy by the Entirety or something like that. My understanding was that it was a law or legislation enacted to protect the politicians. I have been retired for quite sometime and no longer live in that fd up state. But when I was there and worried about some on the job stuff I consulted an attorney and had him file this document. My understanding then was that if I was targeted civil and they went after my home, I was just a tenant there and the house legally belonged to my spouse and vice verse. Consult someone see if it still exists maybe the attorneys at the fop could tell you if it's a valid tool to protect you poor guys and gals.

Yes sir, if you want to communicate, drop off the Beats By Dr. Dre shaking the thing like an overloaded washing machine. You can put it on again in a few.

When I was a nutty kid, we still got big speeding ticket from ISP, drive you to the next mailbox and watch you drop the payment in, but it was low-key and non-threatening in any way. That is the idea.

    Not so hard to do...

God bless all here and stay safe.
