After a slow start to the month, the carnage has picked up:
- Five people were killed and at least 42 more have been wounded in shootings across the city since Friday evening, according to Chicago Police.
The weekend’s latest homicide happened Sunday morning in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.
This after the Sun Times pointed out that racist assignment practices left the Englewood District with a mere 509 officers assigned to one of the smallest Districts while Jefferson Park is generously allotted 250 officers (on paper) to handle an area nearly three times the size.

Past July's have numbered over fifty dead, so this is going to look good at the end of the month...until Special Ed opens his mouth and jinxes the whole thing again.

If you took the 007th District and moved it west into the 10 sector of the 008th, the 10 sector of the 008th District is larger. How many Police Officers patrol 007 and how many Police Officers patrol the 10 sector of the 008th District? Now, if you move the 007th District up north and put it in the 10 sector of the 16th District and compare the number of Officers patrolling in the each the results are the same if not worse! This is the dirty little secret that the mayor's office wants to hide. Add to this unbalance amount of manpower, the Black Caucus of the City council wants to move Police Officers from the LOWE CRIME RATE AREA'S of the city to the HIGH CRIME RATE AREA'S OF THE CITY, there is going to be more unbalance amount of manpower. IT is a fact the WHITE CHICAGOAN'S GET THE SHAFT WHEN POLICE MANPOWER IS DISTRIBUTIVE. My question is, WHERE IS THE WHITE LEADERSHIP IN THIS CITY. The 8th and the 16th Districts are way to big for the amount of people living in these area's compared to the amount of manpower allotted. The fact that 007th District can fit into each of these two sector's is disturbing. The same wholes true with the manpower of the Fire Department. I am surprised the suburban board members don't bring that up to Prick winkle, just like the cost of incarcerating the hoods in CCJ. Again its mostly Chicago trash taking up the bunks there too.

Don't blow your cover by having the beltline too high. The 1950's Catholic school girl hemline rule should work: no higher than 1" above the knee. Make sure those Jordans are unlaced, with the laces trailing at least 9-12". Go to a costume shop and get some vampire teeth so you blend in better. Bonus points if you get those fangs gold-plated.
